Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie na zelazko przeznaczone do przechowy- wania i przewozenia zelazka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przed- miotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztalcie i kolorystyce. Efekt przestrzenny uzyskany jest poprzez oryginalne uksztaltowanie i zgrupowanie elementów zewnetrznych tworzacych postac tego opakowania, nadajac tym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidocznione jest w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacym odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego, z których pierwsza dotyczy ogólnego ksztaltu opakowania, a nastepne odmiany tego opakowania w róznych kolorach. Poszczególne figury zestawu ilustracji przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – ksztalt opakowania, bez kolorów na jego powierzchniach; Fig. 2 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach czarnym i bialym; Fig. 3 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach zielonym i zóltym; Fig. 4 – opakowanie na zelazko w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach niebieskim i bialym. Odmiana 1. Przedmiotem tej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest jedynie ksztalt opakowania – powtarzajacy sie w pozostalych odmianach bez wzgledu na kolorystyke opakowania. Opakowanie na zelazko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt pieciosciennej bryly przestrzennej skladajacej sie z podstawy o zarysie prostokata, dwóch równoleglych scian bocznych prostopadlych do podstawy i dwóch scian bocznych posiadajacych ksztalt powierzchni. Podstawami scian prostopadlych do pod- stawy sa dluzsze krawedzie podstawy bryly, natomiast boki wyznaczaja linia krótsza w ksztalcie luku wypuklego, przechodzacego lukiem wkleslym w linie prosta oraz linia dluzsza zbudowana od podsta- wy z luku wypuklego przechodzacego w linie prosta, a dalej w luk wklesly o mniejszej srednicy, luk wypukly i linie prosta. Wierzcholek pomiedzy linia krótsza a linia dluzsza jest zaokraglony. Pierwsza sciana boczna o wiekszej powierzchni, ograniczona jest przez krótsze boki podstawy bryly, krótsze boki scian prostopadlych do podstawy i linie pomiedzy wierzcholkami scian prostopadlych do podsta- wy. Druga sciana boczna o mniejszej powierzchni, ograniczona jest przez krótsze boki podstawy bryly, dluzsze boki scian prostopadlych do podstawy i linie pomiedzy wierzcholkami scian prostopadlych do podstawy. Na jednej z dwóch równoleglych, prostopadlych do podstawy scian bocznych, u jej wierz- cholka znajduje sie wglebienie w ksztalcie walca. Od podstawy tej sciany w kierunku dluzszej krawe- dzi biegna cztery pola ograniczone lukami i liniami prostymi oraz jedno pole ograniczone fragmentem krótszego boku sciany i lukami. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shape, and color. The spatial effect is achieved through the original shaping and grouping of external elements that create the form of this packaging, thus giving it a distinctive and original appearance. The iron packaging, based on the industrial design, is shown in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design, the first of which concerns the general shape of the packaging, and the subsequent variations of this packaging in different colors. The individual figures in the set of illustrations represent: Fig. 1 – the shape of the packaging, without colors on its surfaces; Fig. 2 – the iron packaging in isometric view in black and white; Fig. 3 – Isometric view of an iron in green and yellow; Fig. 4 – Isometric view of an iron in blue and white. Variation 1. The subject of this variation of the industrial design is solely the shape of the packaging – repeated in the remaining variations regardless of the color scheme of the packaging. According to the industrial design, the iron packaging has the shape of a five-sided spatial solid consisting of a rectangular base, two parallel side walls perpendicular to the base, and two side walls having the shape of a surface. The bases of the faces perpendicular to the base are the longer edges of the solid's base, while the sides are defined by a shorter line in the shape of a convex arc, transitioning through a concave arc to a straight line, and a longer line constructed from the base from a convex arc transitioning to a straight line, then a concave arc of smaller diameter, the convex arc, and the straight line. The vertex between the shorter and longer lines is rounded. The first lateral face, with a larger area, is bounded by the shorter sides of the solid's base, the shorter sides of the faces perpendicular to the base, and the lines between the vertices of the faces perpendicular to the base. The second side wall, with a smaller surface area, is bounded by the shorter sides of the solid's base, the longer sides of the walls perpendicular to the base, and the lines between the vertices of the walls perpendicular to the base. One of the two parallel side walls perpendicular to the base has a cylindrical recess at its apex. From the base of this wall toward the longer edge run four fields bounded by arcs and straight lines, and one field bounded by a fragment of the shorter side of the wall and the arcs. The iron box, based on the industrial design, has the same shape as the first variant, except that the longer side wall with a larger surface area and one of the side walls perpendicular to the base are black, while the recesses in this wall are white. The iron packaging according to the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the longer side wall with a larger surface area and one of the side walls perpendicular to the base are green, while the recesses in this wall are yellow.
