Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pizza z kanapka stanowiace jednolity wyrób z ciasta piekarniczego, drozdzowego. Pizza jak i kanapka zawieraja nadzienie spozywcze. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac pizzy nadana jej w szczególno- sci przez cechy ksztaltu, strukture i rodzaj materialu spozywczego. Pizza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wykonana w dwóch odmianach. Pierwsza odmiana posiada wyciety w centralnej czesci pizzy krazek, na którym jest zbudowana kanapka. Druga od- miana posiada wyciete trzy krazki na obrzezu pizzy, na którym wystepuje nadzienie i na których to krazkach, zbudowane sa kanapkami. Przy czym kanapki oprócz nadzienia spozywczego pieczone- go zawartego na pizzy posiadaja dodatkowy wsad wedliniarski i surowy warzywny oraz nakrycie od góry z tego samego lub podobnego pieczywa, z którego jest wykonana pizza. Druga odmiana pizzy moze zawierac dowolna ilosc kanapek i o dowolnej wielkosci, jak równiez dowolnie dobrane nadzie- nie i o dowolnie ulozonej strukturze warstwowej. Warstwy miesne moga przemiennie zmieniac war- stwy warzywne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych ilustracjach i rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pizze stanowiaca wyrób z ciasta piekarniczego o ksztalcie krazkowym z umieszczona w srodku kanapka, z nadzieniem trójwarstwowym, fig. 2 przedstawia pizze zawierajaca na obrzezu trzy kanapki, fig. 3 przedstawia pizze z fig. 1 w rzucie z góry, fig. 3.1 przedstawia przekrój A-A fig. 3 z uwidocznionymi trzema warstwami, a fig. 4 przedstawia fig. 2, w rzucie z góry. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa krazkowy ksztalt pizzy z umieszczona na jej plasz- czyznie kanapka, wielowarstwowosc nadzienia spozywczego i zróznicowany rodzaj nadzienia dodat- kowego na który skladaja sie wyroby wedliniarskie, miesne i surowe warzywne, jak pokazano na fig. 1, fig. 3 i fig. 3.1. 1. Cecha istotna pierwszej odmiany pizzy jest to, ze posiada kanapke w postaci krazka w srodkowej jej czesci, zbudowana z trzech warstw, na które skladaja sie - pizza z nadzie- niem, dodatkowa warstwa nadzienia wedliniarsko - warzywnego i od góry nakrycie z pie- czywa, jak pokazano na ilustracji, fig. 1 i fig. 3.1. 2. Both the pizza and the sandwich contain a food filling. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of pizza, given to it in particular by the characteristics of its shape, structure, and the type of food material. The pizza according to the industrial design is made in two varieties. The first variety has a disc cut out in the center of the pizza, on which the sandwich is built. The second variety has three discs cut out on the edge of the pizza, on which the filling appears, and on which discs the sandwiches are built. In addition to the baked food filling contained on the pizza, the sandwiches contain additional meats and raw vegetables, as well as a top topping made of the same or similar bread from which the pizza is made. The second pizza variety can contain any number of sandwiches of any size, as well as any chosen filling and any layered structure. The meat layers can alternate with the vegetable layers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a pizza made from a disc-shaped bakery dough product with a sandwich placed inside and a three-layer filling, Fig. 2 shows a pizza containing three sandwiches on the rim, Fig. 3 shows a top view of the pizza from Fig. 1, Fig. 3.1 shows cross-section A-A of Fig. 3 with three layers visible, and Fig. 4 shows a top view of Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design are the disc-shaped pizza with a sandwich placed on its surface, the multi-layered food filling and the varied type of additional filling consisting of cold cuts, meat and raw vegetables, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3.1. 1. The essential feature of the first type of pizza is that it has a sandwich in the form of a disc in its central part, made of three layers, which consist of - the pizza with filling, an additional layer of cold cuts and vegetables filling and a bread topping on top, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3.1. 2.
