Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko w czekoladzie w róznych kolorach o okraglym ksztalcie, skladajace sie z dwóch warstw. Warstwe dolna stanowi herbatnik lub wafelek, na którym ulozona jest warstwa górna, poduszka (podusia) wypelniona nadzieniem z kremem o smaku wanilio- wym, kokosowym, orzechowym, owocowym, adwokat lub czekoladowym. Na podusi zarysowany ksztalt wiatraczka. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, gdzie: fig. 1 – rysunek ciastka w widoku z boku, fig. 2 – rysunek ciastka w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – zdjecie ciastka w widoku perspektywicznym. The bottom layer is a biscuit or wafer, on which is placed the top layer, a pillow (cushion) filled with a vanilla, coconut, nut, fruit, advocaat, or chocolate cream filling. The pillow features an outline of a pinwheel.
