Przedmiotem wynalazku niniejszego jest przyrzad do tamowania wybuchu plynów i gazów w otworze wiertniczym podczas wier¬ cenia lina lub zerdziami. Przyrzad taki za¬ sadniczo sklada sie z plyt, stanowiacych dwa suwaki, które zapomoca odpowiedniej korby daja sie zsuwac i rozsuwac.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidocznio¬ ny tytulem przykladu na rysunku. Fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój pionowy przyrzadu, fig. 2 — przekrój poziomy przyrzadu; fig. 3 — 5 przedstawiaja oddzielne plyty.Fig. 1 przedstawia w przekroju górna i dolna oslone metalowa C i D, np. miedzia¬ na, dowolnej grubosci, przyczem dookola o- tworu O górnej oslony przynitowany jest kolnierz F, dolna zas oslona jest zaopa¬ trzona w nasuwke M, osadzona na rurze C.Ponadto zboku nasuwki znajduje sie rurka R, która odplywa ropa z chwila przerwa¬ nia wybuchu. Miedzy oslonami C i D, zni- towanemi i uszczelnionemi jak najdoklad¬ niej z ramami r, znajduja sie dwa ruchome suwaki metalowe A i B, np. mosiezne, przy¬ czem kazdy suwak stanowia cztery plyty e, f, g, h.Fig. 3 przedstawia górna plyte e i dol¬ na h suwaków A i B, uwidocznione z górnej strony, dwie zas plyty srodkowe M g sa przedstawione równiez z górnej strony (fig. 4 i 5). Wspomniane plyty (fig. 3—5), z których kazda sklada sie z dwóch oddziel¬ nych plytek, tworza razem powierzchnie prostokatna, przyczem sa one od srodka£ajO£ktrzoiic W o*dpóWfeS&fe pólkoliste wy¬ ciecia o, posiadajace rowki z filcem w ce¬ lu dokladnego uszczelnienia liny lub zer¬ dzi z chwila bezposredniego zetkniecia sie ich ze wspomnianemi wycieciami pólkoli- stemi. Wglebienia s (fig. 4 i 5) sa przezna¬ czone na sworzen z gwintem S (fig. 2).Wszystkie plytki sa znitowane, tworzac dwa suwaki A i B, umieszczone w oslonie, lecz w celu dokladniejszego uszczelnienia posiadaja jeszcze wspomniane suwaki nao¬ kolo kilka uszczelnien u (fig. 3).Przy wierceniu suwaki A i B sa zawsze rozsuniete (fig. 1).Na poprzecznej rdsmie r (fig. 1 i 2) umie¬ szczone sa dwa zebate kola zewnetrzne D, obracane przy pomocy kólka srodkowego M, napedzanego korba K.
