Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest muszka ozdobna do butonierki. Muszka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc stosowana do odziezy, na nakryciach glowy, dodatkach do odziezy, wyrobach galanterii skórzanej i tekstylnej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystyke, ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Muszka moze byc wytworzona w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z materialów tekstylnych, tkanin naturalnych i sztucznych, skóry, skaju, a takze z tworzyw sztucznych i naturalnych, w tym plastiku, drewna, kosci lub metalu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia muszke ozdobna do butonierki, zas Fig. 2 prezentuje muszke ozdobna do butonierki w widoku z boku. Do kokardy w tylnej czesci zamocowany jest guzik. Guzik ma ksztalt grzybka o szerokiej glówce i waskiej nózce z otworem, przez który przepleciona jest tasiemka. Kokarda wykonana jest z materialu o lsniacej i gladkiej powierzchni oraz o jednolitej fakturze. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, colors, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The bow tie may be manufactured industrially or by hand from textile materials, natural and artificial fabrics, leather, imitation leather, as well as synthetic and natural materials, including plastic, wood, bone, or metal. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative bow tie for a buttonhole, while Fig. 2 shows the decorative bow tie for a buttonhole from a side view. Significant features of an industrial design: Significant features of an industrial design include the bow tie shown in Figures 1 and 2, which is a bow-shaped design with a ribbon tied around it. A button is attached to the back of the bow. The button is mushroom-shaped with a wide head and a narrow stem, with a hole through which the ribbon is threaded.
