Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest przeslo ogrodzeniowe wykonane z metalu stosowane jako element do odgradzania wydzielonego terenu. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przesla ogrodzeniowego przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz ogólnym ukladzie funkcjonalno-estetycznym. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 ukazuje przeslo (pomalowane na czerwono) w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fotografia fig.2 ukazuje powiekszony fragment przesla. Przeslo ogrodzeniowe majace wymiar oczka 50x200 mm, 100x200 mm, 50x100 mm lub 100x100 mm wykonane jest z metalu i laczone jest ze slupkiem w postaci profilu zamknietego. Stosowane jest jako element do odgradzania. Przeslo cechuje sie tym, ze jako poziome elementy ma ceowniki zwrócone ramionami do dolu, natomiast jako elementypionowe ma prety okragle wykonane z drutu przeciagnietego przechodzace przez os symetrii ceownika. Ceowniki i prety polaczone sa ze soba przez spawanie. Tworza one ze soba regularna siatke prostokatnych oczek. Polaczenie ceownika z pretami ukazano na fotografii fig.2. Przesla ogrodzeniowe wedlug niniejszego wzoru tworza ogrodzenia kratowe odpowiadajace w pelni wymaganiom w zakresie bezpieczenstwa i estetyki. PL PL PLThe right of registration of the ornamental design is valid from 30 January 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a fence panel made of metal used as an element for fencing a designated area. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the fence panel, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and overall functional and aesthetic layout. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the fence panel (painted red) in a general view, while Fig. 2 shows an enlarged fragment of the panel. The fence panel, with a mesh size of 50x200 mm, 100x200 mm, 50x100 mm, or 100x100 mm, is made of metal and connected to a post in the form of a closed profile. It is used as a fencing element. The fence is characterized by its horizontal elements being channel sections with their arms facing downward, while its vertical elements are round bars made of drawn wire passing through the channel's axis of symmetry. The channels and bars are connected by welding. They form a regular grid of rectangular meshes. The connection between the channel and the bars is shown in Fig. 2. Fence panels according to this design create mesh fences that fully meet safety and aesthetic requirements. PL PL PL
