Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a safety barrier, such as a railing, to guard fence provided with dropping prevention fence part of the safety barrier located elevated portion or the like straddling the example railways and roads.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Protective fences such as railings and sidewalk fences are provided along the longitudinal direction of both sides of the roadway, sidewalk, and sidewalk (hereinafter referred to as road). At an elevated part where another road or railroad crosses below the road R or approaches the building, a cross beam 74 is attached between the columns 72 as shown in FIGS. 7 (A) and (B). Separately from the protective fence 70, a drop prevention fence 76 and a blindfold fence in which a wire net 79 is stretched between a support 77 and a lateral frame 78 are arranged.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7C and 7D, a thin column 86 is further erected on the upper ends of a plurality of columnar columns 84 that support the guard rail 82 on the road R, and between these columns 86 and 86. There has also been proposed a protective fence 80 with a fall prevention net in which a wire net 88 is stretched on a surface surrounded by upper and lower horizontal frames 87, 87 (see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 55-76215).
Furthermore, it has also been practiced to extend the support fence post upward only at the bridge portion or the like, and to attach the drop prevention fence only to the extended portion of the support post.
[0003]
However, the protective fence 70 in which the fence 76 is provided only in the elevated part is expensive to implement and requires a considerable installation space.
Moreover, in the protective fence which attaches a drop prevention fence only to the support | pillar of the said bridge part, a bridge part becomes a structure different from another road part. In other words, since the design of the bridge portion has been extremely important since the past, the bridge portion has a different structure and design of the protective fence portion compared to other portions. For this reason, since the part where the fence 76 is provided side by side, such as a bridge part, and the part where the protective fence 70 before and behind the part is arranged independently have a discontinuous design, road users such as drivers and pedestrians However, there was a problem that it felt awkward when traveling.
Further, the guard fence 80 with the fall prevention net has a metal net 88 disposed only above the card rail 82, and the columnar column 84 supporting the guard rail 82 and the column 86 at the upper end thereof are different in design. Give a sense of incongruity In addition, since the lower part of the guard rail 82 is empty, there is a problem that an object falls inadvertently from here and is difficult to install on the shoulder of a road having a sidewalk.

The frame members 40 and 42 are also composed of an extruded shape member 41 having a substantially concave cross section whose positions in the inside and outside directions are reversed, and a pressing edge 50 having a substantially L shape in cross section, which is inserted through and attached thereto. As shown in FIGS. 4B and 4C, the shape member 41 has a hollow portion 43 having a concave cross section and a bottom that is wider than the opening 45 that is displaced inward and outward of the shape member 41. A wide groove 44, an L-shaped piece 48 projecting on one side of the hollow portion 43, and a plate piece 46 projecting on the other side are provided along the entire length in the longitudinal direction. A rib 47 projects from the inside of the tip of the plate piece 46. In FIG. 4B, the upper edge of the opening 45 of the wide groove 44 is positioned approximately in the middle of the profile 41 in the inner and outer directions, and the alternate long and short dash line S in FIGS. The center line is shown.
[0019]
On the other hand, the pressing edge 50 has a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of a substrate 52 and a web 56 extending from the middle to the wide concave groove 44 side. A plate piece 54 is provided at one end of the substrate 52 so as to contact the rib 47 and position the one end, and an anchor piece 58 inserted into the groove 44 from the longitudinal (extrusion) direction is provided at the tip of the web 56. Projected at a right angle. Further, when the anchor piece 58 is inserted into the concave groove 44 of the shape member 41 along the longitudinal direction, the pressing edge 50 is attached to the shape member 41, and the other end of the substrate 52 and the L-shaped piece 48 of the shape member 41. An opening 49 displaced inward and outward is formed between the tip.
And the thin wires 31 and 32 in the peripheral part of the lattice net 30 are arranged inside the L-shaped piece 48 in each shape member 41, and in this state, the anchor piece 58 of the pressing edge 50 is placed in the wide concave groove 44 in the longitudinal direction. Then, the pressing edge 50 is attached to the shape member 41.
[0020]
As a result, a pair of frame members 40 and 42 on the four sides are formed, and an opening 49 displaced inward and outward is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof. Therefore, it is possible to form the surface unit 11 in which the lattice net 30 is stretched in the space surrounded by the frame members 40 and 42 on the four sides, or the dropping prevention fence 10 in which a plurality of such units 11 are provided.
3B and 4A, in the above embodiment, when the horizontal frame member 40 is arranged in a horizontal manner so as to cover the upper and lower ends of the vertical frame member 42, the above-described illustration is used. Contrary to the form, the frame member 42 on the vertical side is first assembled on both the left and right sides of the lattice network 30, and then the horizontal frame member 40 is assembled. In this case, the pressing edge 50 of the horizontal frame member 40 is fixed in position by the angle piece 34 of each corner portion.
[0021]
