TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a method of repairing an existing fence into a light-transmitting soundproof wall, and more specifically, a fence such as a net fuence which is preferably implemented on a fall prevention fence of an elevated road, and has a fixed width on a road side. The present invention relates to a method of repairing an existing fence to a light-transmitting soundproof wall by attaching a light-transmitting panel to the support while leaving a post standing upright at an interval.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Regarding fences such as net fences that are preferably implemented on fall prevention fences on elevated roads, existing pillars are installed on the road side by leaving the pillars that are erected at fixed intervals on the roadside and attaching translucent panels to the pillars. No technique has yet been found on how to convert it to a translucent sound barrier.
[0003]
By the way, as a similar technique, various types of soundproofing walls have been disclosed which enable replacement of the soundproofing panel while keeping the existing pillars in preparation for aging of the soundproofing panel or damage due to an accident (for example, Patent Document 1, 2).
[0004]
The soundproof walls disclosed in Patent Literatures 1 and 2 both use an H-shaped support, and have a structure in which the soundproof panel can be easily removed from the H-shaped support by effectively utilizing the cross-sectional shape of the H-shaped support. This makes it possible to replace the soundproofing panel, and realizes a soundproofing wall that considers aesthetics by not exposing the bolts.
[0005]
Further, as a related technique, various panel structures in which the shape of a mounting bracket (bracket) for connecting adjacent soundproofing panels to be attached to a fixing member such as a wall has been disclosed (for example, Patent Documents 3 to 5). 6).

It is impossible to apply to the method of retrofitting to light type soundproof wall.
[0007]
Although the soundproof walls disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have a structure in which the bolts are not exposed to give consideration to aesthetics, the H-shaped support is still exposed. Considering that the soundproofing wall is composed of H-shaped columns that are aging over time and soundproofing panels that can be replaced and that can be permanently installed, the landscape is unbalanced and the appearance is poor, and there is room for improvement. Is left.
[0008]
These problems are not solved at all even if the techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 3 to 6 are considered together.

[0020]
Reference numeral 23 in FIG. 7 denotes a wire rope provided to reinforce the entire structure of the fence 20, and is restrained by a mounting bracket 24 fixed by a bolt 22 inserted into the through hole 1 a of the support 1. Installed. Of course, the wire rope 23 and the mounting bracket 24 are all removed at the time of repair.
[0021]
The pillar 1 according to the present embodiment, that is, the hollow square pillar 1 of the existing fence 20 is a hollow square shape having a cross section of about 20 × 20 cm (see FIG. 2), and is implemented with a ground height of about 230 cm. It is erected along the road at an interval of, for example, about 2 m. The embodiment of the support column 1 is not limited to this, and its cross-sectional shape may be a hollow rectangular shape, and the ground height is not limited to this.
[0022]
The hollow prism 1 has a plurality of (four in the illustrated example) through holes 1a at required intervals (about 60 cm in the illustrated example) in the height direction. This through hole 1a is used for installing the member 21 of the fence such as the net and the wire rope 23 when the existing fence 20 is constructed as described above. When renovating, it is used to attach the bracket 3. The number of the through holes 1a is not limited to four as described later.
[0023]
The brackets 3 are used to attach the light-transmitting panel 2 with a frame to the columns 1, and two brackets 3 are provided above and below the column 1. The brackets 3, 3 installed on the upper and lower stages have a height (approximately 67.5 cm) so as to straddle two of the four through holes 1a in the upper part and two through holes 1a in the lower part, respectively. The bolt 4 is inserted through the through hole 1a and fixed.
[0024]
The framed light-transmitting panel 2 attached to the bracket 3 is a sound-insulating (light-transmitting sound-insulating wall) disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-146724 (title of the invention: light-transmitting sound insulating wall), which has already been filed by the present applicant. ) Preferably, but not exclusively, a panel is used.
[0025]
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the bracket 3 in the illustrated example has a substantially hat-shaped cross section including the web 3a, the lip 3b, and the flange 3c. Holes 3a 'and 3b' for bolt insertion are formed in the web 3a and the lip 3b, and the web 3a is brought into contact with the road side surface 1b of the support 1 so that the through-hole 1a of the support 1 is formed. And is fixed to the column 1 by a common bolt 4 passing through the hole 3a 'of the web 3a. The light-transmitting panel 2 has a hole 2a 'for bolt insertion in a frame 2a at a horizontal end thereof, and a hole 3b' of a lip 3b of the hat-shaped strip and the light-transmitting panel 2 end. It is attached by a common bolt 5 that passes through the hole 2a 'of the frame (the invention according to claim 2).
[0026]
That is, the bracket 3 provided in the upper and lower stages with respect to the support column 1 has two holes 3a 'of the web 3a at the position corresponding to the through-hole 1a of the support column 1, and two holes 3a' of the lip 2b. 2 b ′ are provided two by two at upper and lower positions at positions corresponding to the holes 2 a ′ of the frame 2 a of the translucent panel 2.
[0027]
The joining means between the bracket 3 and the translucent panel 2 is implemented using a clip nut 15 in the illustrated example in order to improve work efficiency. That is, the clip nuts 15 and 15 are respectively fitted from both sides of the lips 3b and 3b of the bracket 3, and the translucent panel end frame 2a is applied to the clip nut 15 (the lip 3b of the flange 3). The bolts 5 are fastened to a series of through holes in a horizontal direction.
[0028]
The required height and the number of the brackets 3 and the positions of the holes 2a 'provided in the web 3a are changed in design in accordance with the positions and the number of the through holes 1a provided in the existing column 1. It is not limited to the illustrated example. For example, in the case where only two through holes 1a are provided with a large space vertically, one bracket 3 that is long in the vertical direction and spans the two through holes 1a is used. Holes 3a 'corresponding to the two through-holes 1a are provided in the web 3a. When six through-holes 1a are provided, three brackets 3 may be installed in the upper, middle, and lower stages, or the remaining four through-holes may be used without using two of them. The two brackets 3 may be installed on the upper and lower tiers by using 1a. In short, it can be implemented in various variations provided that the bracket 3 can be firmly fixed to the column 1 and can be firmly fastened to the translucent panel 2.
[0029]
In this way, the modified translucent soundproof wall 10 fixes the translucent panel 2 in a form protruding forward of the column 1 via the bracket 3, so that the adjacent translucent panels 2, 2 Can hardly be formed, and the support column 1 is hardly exposed.
[0030]
At the upper end of the bracket 3 installed on the upper stage, a locking piece 6 having a hole 6a through which a fall prevention wire 7 is formed is formed (see FIG. 3A). This is achieved by inserting the fall prevention wire 7 of the optical panel 2 (the invention according to claim 4). More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, one (or a plurality of) drop prevention wires 7 are connected to the holes 6a of the locking pieces 6 and the adjacent light-transmitting panels 2 and 2 respectively. The wire 7 is passed through eyebolts 9 provided on the upper frame, and both ends of the wire 7 are fastened with wire clips. As a result, it is possible to avoid the light-transmitting panel damaged at the time of a vehicle collision from falling, and to prevent a secondary disaster from occurring. It is needless to say that the locking piece 6 can be implemented in a shape integrated with the bracket 3.
[0031]
Therefore, the translucent sound-insulating wall 10 modified by the above process can use the post 1 of the existing fence 20 as it is without drilling, so that the translucent sound-insulating wall constructed by newly constructing a post can be used. In comparison, the workability is good, and the construction period can be shortened. The on-site work is mainly performed by bolt joining, and it is not necessary to perform welding or the like, so that the translucent panel 2 can be smoothly mounted. Of course, since it is not necessary to prepare the column 1, the cost and the construction cost required for the column 1 can be reduced, which is very economical. Further, since the support 1 is hardly exposed on the road side, the appearance is excellent.
[0032]
4 and 5 show different embodiments of a method for modifying a light-transmitting soundproof wall. The method for repairing the light-transmitting soundproof wall 11 is different from the method for repairing the light-transmitting soundproof wall 10 according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the side surface of the column 1 is covered with a groove-shaped decorative cover 12. Accordingly, the only difference is that the decorative cover locking piece 13 is provided on the bracket 3. Accordingly, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 3 denote the posts 1, the translucent panel 2, and the like, and a description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 4, the groove-shaped decorative cover 12 has a bolt insertion hole 12a formed at an end in the flange width direction of the groove, and the bracket 3 is provided with a lip 3b having a width-direction end. A decorative cover engaging piece 13 having a hole 13a for bolt insertion, which is perpendicular to the lip surface and extends in the direction of the web 3a of the hat-shaped strip, is formed on the portion. It is arranged and fastened with a common bolt 14 that passes through the hole 12a of the decorative cover 12 and the hole 13a of the decorative cover locking piece 13 (the invention according to claim 3).
[0034]
The decorative cover 12 is made of a fluorinated resin film-laminated steel plate, has a height substantially equal to that of the column 1 (about 230 cm), and has a substantially U-shaped cross section. It is needless to say that the material of the decorative cover 12 is not limited to this. Further, the shape of the decorative cover 12 is not limited to this, and the cross section thereof may be formed in a substantially concave shape as long as the shape covers the support column 1.
[0035]
In the illustrated example, the joining means between the bracket 3 and the decorative cover 12 is implemented using a clip nut 16 in order to improve work efficiency. That is, a series of horizontal through holes formed by fitting a clip nut 16 from above into the overlapping portion of the decorative cover locking piece 13 of the bracket 3 and the end of the groove-shaped decorative cover 12 in the flange width direction. The bolts 14 are tightened and carried out.
[0036]
Therefore, the translucent sound-insulating wall 11 modified by the above-described process has the decorative cover 12 in addition to the effect of the modified translucent sound-insulating wall 10 according to FIGS. Not only is it not exposed, but it also covers the entire side surface of the column 1, so it is very good in aesthetics and contributes to reducing the deterioration of the column due to rain and wind. Further, not only the translucent panel 2 but also the decorative cover 12 can be replaced and a new one can be permanently installed, so that a well-balanced landscape can be constantly maintained.
[0037]
[Effects of the present invention]
According to the method for repairing the light-transmitting soundproof wall according to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the support of the existing fence can be used as it is without drilling, so that the support is newly provided. Workability is better and the construction period can be shortened, as compared with a light-transmitting soundproof wall constructed by using a conventional method. On-site work is mainly performed by bolt joining, and there is no need to perform welding or the like, so that the light-transmitting panel can be smoothly mounted and the workability is excellent. In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a support, the cost required for the support and the construction cost can be reduced, which is extremely economical. Furthermore, since the translucent panel is implemented in a form protruding forward of the support via the bracket, the translucent panel can be fixed with almost no gap between adjacent translucent panels, and the support is hardly exposed, Excellent aesthetics.
According to the method for modifying a light-transmitting soundproof wall according to the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect described above, the decorative cover not only does not expose the front surface of the support but also covers all the side surfaces of the support, so It is very good, and contributes to reducing the deterioration of columns due to rain and wind. In addition, not only the translucent panel but also the decorative cover can be replaced, so that an excellent appearance can be maintained as a whole.
According to the method for modifying a light-transmitting sound-insulating wall according to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the above-described effects, since the support and the light-transmitting panel adjacent thereto are connected as one set by the fall prevention wire, a vehicle collision occurs. Falling of the sometimes damaged translucent panel can be avoided, and a secondary disaster can be prevented.
