Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof fence structure which enables the safety and sure installation of a soundproof panel, excellent in soundproof effect, landscape property and visual guidance functionality, by using a structurally simple bracket for connection. <P>SOLUTION: A guard fence is constituted in such a manner that a vehicle protecting member 2 is mounted on the passage-of-vehicle side of a support 1, and the soundproof fence structure is constituted in such a manner that the soundproof panel 3 is mounted on the support 1 of the guard fence via the bracket 10. この発明は、帯状ビーム材、パイプ状ビーム材などの車輌防護部材を備えたガードレール、ガードパイプなどの道路用(路側用)防護柵に防音パネルを取り付けて成る防音型柵構造体及び接続用ブラケットの技術分野に属し、更に云えば、特別に工夫した構造の接続用ブラケットを用いて、防護柵よりせいの高い防音パネルを安全、確実に取り付けて成る防音型柵構造体及び接続用ブラケットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ガードレール、ガードパイプなどの道路用(路側用)防護柵は広く実施されている。最近では環境の保全・改善と景観性の見地から、前記防護柵に防音パネルを併用することはもとより、防音効果やデザインに更に改良を加えている。

例えば、下記の特許文献1に開示された「防音機能を有する防護柵」は、道路の歩車道境界に沿って立てられた支柱の上部の車輌通行側にガードレールの帯状ビーム材のような車輌防護部材が水平方向に架設され、その下側であって車輌防護部材と同じ車輌通行側の支柱間に防音パネルが取り付けられ、支柱の車輌通行側は防音パネルによって隠されている。車輌防護部材及び防音パネルはそれぞれ独立した個別の手段によって支柱に取り付けられている。

ところで、今般、本出願人に係る下記の特許文献2に開示した「低層用柵構造体等」は、ガードパイプなどによる道路用防護柵に防音パネルを取り付けて成る低層(市街地用)防音型防護柵に係り、低層(市街地用)防音パネルを支柱へ取り付けるための接続用ブラケット、及び防音パネルの取り付け方法を開示している。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献1は、車輌防護部材と防音パネルとを別個に独立した個別の手段で支柱に取り付けた構成であるから、支柱との取り合い構造が複雑で部品点数も多く、防音パネルの設置作業に時間とコストがかかる欠点が認められる。
また、車輌防護部材と防音パネルが共に同じ車輌通行側に設置されるため、支柱の地上高さが80cmでも、防音パネルの高さは50cm程度に制限され、その分防音効果が低い欠点がある。しかも、車輌防護部材と防音パネルが同じ車輌通行側に設置されているが故に、車輌の衝突時には車輌防護部材と防音パネルの双方が等しく破損され易い欠点がある。

上記特許文献2に開示した技術は、防音パネルの設置を、特別に工夫した簡単で軽便な構造の接続用ブラケットを使用することにより、車輌防護部材の背後側(歩道側)であって道路に沿って並ぶ支柱と支柱との間の部分に行い得るので、防音パネルは少なくとも支柱の地上高さと同じ高さに設置でき、防音効果に優れるなどの作用効果を奏し、上記した各欠点を解決した構成となっている。
このように、上記特許文献2に係る技術は、前記課題を解決する上でかなり有用であったが、さらに有用な装置の開発が望まれていた。

したがって、本発明の目的は、施工性、経済性に優れていることは勿論、防音効果及び景観性並びに視線誘導機能性の観点からも非常に優れた防音パネルの設置を、特別に工夫した簡単で軽便な構造の接続用ブラケットを使用することにより、安全且つ確実に行い得る防音型柵構造体を提供することである。
本発明の目的はまた、前記防音型柵構造体を構築するのに至便であり、使用も容易な接続用ブラケットを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記従来技術の課題を解決するための手段として、請求項1記載の発明に係る防音型柵構造体によれば、

【発明の実施の形態及び実施例】
請求項1〜7に記載した発明に係る防音型柵構造体の実施形態を、図面に基いて説明する。
図1A〜Cに示した防音型柵構造体は、道路に沿って例えば4m程度の間隔をあけて列状に立てられた複数の支柱1…の上部の車輌通行側に、車輌防護部材の一例として帯状ビーム材2が水平方向に長く取り付けられた防護柵(ガードレール)において、前記支柱1と支柱1との間の内のり寸法とほぼ同等の長さ(4m程度)の防音パネル3が、前記帯状ビーム材2の背後側(歩道側)であって隣接する支柱1と支柱1との間の部位に、接続用ブラケット10を介して防護柵の支柱1に取り付けられた構成である。

前記支柱1は、太さ(径)が10cm程度で、地上高さが70cm程度の丸パイプ支柱で実施されている。なお、前記支柱1は、丸パイプ支柱に限らず、角パイプ支柱でも略同様に実施できる。

前記帯状ビーム材2は、隣接する支柱1と支柱1の間隔に対応するように1体当たりの長手方向寸法が4m程度で配置され、その端部は、支柱1に取り付けた帯状ビーム材用継手12に強固にネジ止めする構造で水平方向に長く連結して実施されている。なお、前記車輌防護部材は、帯状ビーム材2に限らず、パイプ状ビーム材やケーブル状ビーム材でも同様に実施できる。

前記帯状ビーム材2を支柱1へ取り付ける手段は既に種々公知である。本実施形態では、図2に示したように、各支柱1…の車輌通行側へ当てがった平面視がハット形状の帯状ビーム材取付け用継手部材5を、該支柱1の径方向に貫通させた通しボルト4にて支柱1の地上60cm程度の高さに固定し、該継手部材5の鍔部分5aと帯状ビーム材2の裏面側とを当接してボルト15とナット16で止めることにより、当該帯状ビーム材2を支柱1へ取り付けている。

このように、前記帯状ビーム材2は、前記継手部材5により、支柱1の外面よりも更に数cm程度を車輌通行側へ突き出して取り付けられているので、隣接する支柱1と支柱1との間の部位は上下方向に広々と空いている。よって、当該部位では高さ制限を受けることがなく、支柱1とほぼ同等なせいの防音パネルは勿論のこと、支柱1よりもかなりせいが高い後述する防音パネル3を設置できる。

かくして、隣接する支柱1と支柱1との間の上下方向に広々と空いている部位には前記防音パネル3が設置されている。この防音パネル3は、長手方向寸法が隣接する支柱1と支柱1との間の間隔に略等しい4m程度で、高さが50cm程度の防音パネル3aを、図4Bに示したように、上下に2個積み重ねた構造で実施され、トータルで100cm程度のせいを有している。なお、前記防音パネル3は、防音パネル3aを上下に2個積み重ねた構造で実施しているがこれに限定されず、もちろん1個の防音パネル3でも実施できる。

前記防音パネル3aの構成は格別新規でなく、図示は省略するが、車輌通行側面のみ吸音孔を有する多孔板で形成し、反対側面(歩道側面)は吸音孔の無い無孔板で形成した薄型の箱内に吸音材を充填した構成で実施されるが、もちろんこれに限定されない。また、この防音パネル3は、図1Aに示したように、支柱2の太さ(又は支柱1の車輌通行方向と直交する方向の幅寸、以下同じ)と略同じかそれよりも小さい厚さ寸法で実施されている。

前記接続用ブラケット10は、図6に示したように、その凹面形状部10aが支柱1とほぼ同等なせいであり、該凹面形状部10aの上端よりも高い平坦部10b、10bは防音パネル3の高さよりも低いせいで実施されている(請求項5記載の発明)。前記接続用ブラケット10の構成を更に具体的に説明すると、この接続用ブラケット10は、支柱1とほぼ同等のせいを有する凹面形状部10aの高さ(図示例では61cm程度)に対して平坦部10b、10bの高さを高く(図示例では91.5cm程度)形成することにより、該平坦部10bの上端は上段の防音パネル3aの上部付近に位置して(請求項4記載の発明)、支柱1より高い地上高さ100cm程度の防音パネル3を安全且つ確実に支持可能とする構造とされている。なお、前記接続用ブラケット10の凹面形状部10aは、支柱1の外周を取り巻くU字形状に湾曲して実施されているが(請求項7記載の発明)、支柱1の外周を取り巻く形態であればよく、U字形状に限定されない。

次に、前記防音パネル3と接続用ブラケット10との接合手段を説明する。

防音パネル3を構成する防音パネル3a、3aの両側端にはそれぞれ、平面視が略コ字形状(溝型鋼状)のリブ9が、そのフランジ(溝開口)9aを支柱1に向けてビス止めされている。また、前記リブ9の少なくとも車輌通行側のフランジ9aの上下方向には、前記接続用ブラケット10の平坦部10bとの接続に必要なボルト孔9bが水平方向に長い長孔としてバランス良く(図示例では、各フランジ9aの上下部に2箇所ずつ)設けられていると共に、飛散防止ワイヤー8の端部を結合するための通し孔9cが、当該フランジ9aの上端部に設けられている。該飛散防止ワイヤー8は、二次災害を防ぐべく、車輌衝突時に破損した防音パネル3aが飛散することを防止するためのもので、該防音パネル3aの上部を長手方向に貫通する配置で設置されている。

前記接続用ブラケット10には、図5に示したように、その凹面形状部10aのほぼ中央上部に前記通しボルト4を通すボルト孔10cが設けられ、前記平坦部10bの上下方向には、前記防音パネル3(3a、3a)との接続に必要な数のボルト孔10d(図示例では4箇所)と、飛散防止ワイヤー8の端部の結合に必要な数の通し孔10e(図示例では2箇所)とが、前記防音パネル3のリブ9のフランジ9aに設けられたボルト孔9b及び通し孔9cとそれぞれ一致する位置に設けられている。

かくして、上記接続用ブラケット10は、帯状ビーム材2(車輌防護部材)の位置とは反対側にその凹面形状部10aが取り付けられ、該帯状ビーム材2を係止している通しボルト4によって該支柱1に支持される。前記支柱1に支持された接続用ブラケット10の平坦部10bに、前記防音パネル3のリブ9のフランジ9aを重ね合わせ、前記一致するボルト孔10d…と9b…を利用してボルト17とナット18で止めることにより、図6に示したように、当該接続用ブラケット10と防音パネル3とが接合される。また、前記凹面形状部10aの下部については、図3と図6に示したように、支柱1を挟むバンド11が、前記一致するボルト孔10d…と9d…のうち最下部のボルト孔10d、9dを利用してボルト17とナット18で止められ、前記リブ9のフランジ9aを介して支柱1に支持されている(以上、請求項6記載の発明)。

したがって、上記構成の防音型柵構造体によれば、前記防音パネル3の下段の防音パネル3aを安定して設置できることは勿論、上段の防音パネル3aについても、下段の防音パネル3aから上方に11cm程度突き出た接続用ブラケット10、10’の凹面形状部10a、10a’のリブ効果、及び接続用ブラケット10、10’の平坦部10b、10bが上段パネル3aの上方付近まで延設していることにより安定して設置できるので、安全・確実な防音型柵構造体を構築できるのである。

【本発明が奏する効果】
請求項1〜7に記載した発明に係る防音型柵構造体によれば、防音パネルの設置を、特別に工夫した簡単で軽便な構造の接続用ブラケットを使用することにより、防護柵(支柱)よりもかなりせいが高い地上高さが100cm程度の防音パネルの設置を安定して行うことができるので、施工性、経済性に優れていることは勿論、防音効果及び景観性並びに視線誘導機能性の観点から理想的な防音型柵構造体を構築することができる。
請求項8記載の発明に係る防音型柵構造体に使用する接続用ブラケットによれば、防護柵(支柱)よりかなりせいが高い地上高さ100cm程度の防音パネルも安全且つ確実に設置できるので安定した防音型柵構造体を構築することができる。
