Probably the best known of these is a mesh fence with a classic knitted square mesh, forming a pattern of rotated squares, and with other types of mesh, which is attached to stretched wires that are stretched between the posts. A solution according to utility model CZ 32778 is known, called a mesh fence, which comprises at least two fence posts to which an upper tension wire and a lower tension wire are attached, carrying a mesh with anti-corrosion treatment, the mesh being attached to at least the upper tension wire, and a hook of an S-shaped wire is inserted into at least one fence post from above with its one bent end, the other substantially opposite direction of which bends the upper tension wire and the lower tension wire is fixed to the at least one fence post by means of an omega wire clip enclosing the fence post, with protruding portions for closing the omega clip by twisting these protruding portions.

There is also a known technical solution according to the patent CZ 300485 entitled Railings for fencing spaces and profiles forming this railing, the essence of which is mainly the fencing of balconies and loggias, formed by a frame of interconnected hollow profiles, the essence of which lies in the fact that the upper horizontal profile, lower horizontal profile, both lateral vertical profiles and the at least one intermediate vertical profile are formed by a hollow rectangular profile containing a panel filling.

Furthermore, a solution is known according to patent No. CZ / EP 3006648 entitled Protective railing, the essence of which is a railing adapted for attachment to a scaffolding.

These solutions represent, on the one hand, different technical solutions for the construction of fences and railings and, on the other hand, do not provide an effective possibility of placing graphic elements while ensuring visibility through the railing, which is a very important safety element from the user's point of view.

The essence of the technical solution

The technical solution of a railing comprising one lower horizontal profile and one upper horizontal profile, between which at least two vertically placed ribs according to this technical solution are located, the essence of which consists in that at least one of the ribs comprises at least one opening, the opening is adapted to lay out a pictorial and / or information element. The vertical plane of the rib occupies an angle of 0 ° to 180 with respect to the lower horizontal profile and / or the upper horizontal profile, in a most preferred embodiment the angle is 90 °.
