Opisana powyzej budowa funkcjonalno-uzytkowa licznika cholesterolu jest zgodna z budowa podrecznego, tarczowego licznika zawartosci cholesterolu w srodkach spozywczych ujawniona w opisie zgloszeniowym wzoru uzytkowego W-10621 7 i w opisach wzorów zdobniczych zarejestrowanych pod numerami Rz-1733 4 i R z -17485. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line layout, information arrangement, and in its colors and the arrangement of colored graphic elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows the top dial of the cholesterol meter in Figure 1, and its back dial in Figure 2.
