Po j edyncze elementy zelazobetonowe posiadaja ksztalt zblizony do belki dwu- teowej, której górny i dolny pas tworza lu¬ kowe sklepionka. W budynkach o stalowym szkielecie, w których dzwigary stropowe stanowia czesc skladowa szkieletu, stropy moga byc ulozone nawet przed wykona¬ niem scian zewnetrznych.Poziom górnej powierzchni stropu mo¬ ze byc dostosowany do dowolnego rodza¬ ju posadzki. Pod posadzki klepkowe* u- kladane na lepniku lub asfalcie, lastrico- we, ksylolitowe i t. d.f elementy zelazobe- tonowe moga byc wykonane o wysokosci, odpowiadajacej profilowi dzwigarów ze¬ laznych.W celu pokrycia zelaznych dzwigarów zgóry warstwa zaprawy lub izolacja aku¬ styczna, elementy zelazobetonowe powin¬ ny odpowiednio wystawac ponad górny pas zelaznych dzwigarów (fig. 2 i 3). Maly ciezar stropu powoduje zmniej¬ szenie kosztu konstrukcji nosnej (dzwiga¬ rów zelaznych, slupów, szkieletu budynku, fundamentów).Scianki dzialowe moga byc ustawiane na stropie w dowolnych kierunkach. PL PLThe invention consists in replacing the brick, hollow brick, concrete, or any other material filling in iron-girder ceilings with ready-made reinforced concrete elements, made in advance in molds, placed crosswise on the lower flanges of the iron girders; the length of these elements corresponds to the spacing of the iron girders. Individual reinforced concrete elements have a shape similar to an I-beam, the upper and lower flanges of which form arched vaults. The elements, arranged crosswise between the girders, create internal, closed, hollow spaces of small cross-section, while externally they create uniform and flat ceiling surfaces (fig. 1). The above-mentioned ceiling has all the advantages of other common ceilings placed on iron girders, but without their disadvantages. It does not require any formwork, scaffolding, or cranes; it is immediately ready for use under full load after installation, because the reinforced concrete elements (fig. 1) are made and harden in advance; Individual reinforced concrete elements have a small span and are lightweight, so laying them is very quick and requires neither special cranes nor skilled craftsmen. In floors laid on iron girders, which are supported directly on the walls, the concrete elements can be laid simultaneously with the iron girders. In steel-frame buildings, where the floor girders are part of the frame, the floors can be laid even before the exterior walls are constructed. The level of the upper surface of the floor can be adjusted to any type of flooring. For plank floors* laid on plaster or asphalt, terrazzo, xylitol, etc., reinforced concrete elements can be made with a height corresponding to the profile of the iron girders. In order to cover the iron girders from above with a layer of mortar or acoustic insulation, the reinforced concrete elements should protrude sufficiently above the upper flange of the iron girders (fig. 2 and 3). The floor can be laid directly on the ceiling without any leveling base, such as rubble, lean concrete, etc. A correspondingly lower height of reinforced concrete elements can be used under the floors and joists to reduce the overall thickness of the ceiling (fig. 4). The lower surface of the ceiling can be at the same level as the lower flange of the iron girders or it can be lowered to mesh the girders or to run pipes, conductors, etc. under the iron girders. The lower surface of the ceiling is, as mentioned above, a uniform and flat surface, so the ceiling is plastered without mesh, reeding, etc. The upper and lower flanges of the reinforced concrete elements (Fig. 1) has bevels or angles, but in opposite directions. Each element exerts pressure on both adjacent elements and cannot deflect independently. This protects the ceiling from cracking the ceiling plaster. The beveled joints are joined during installation with cement mortar. In floors or floors laid on joists, these joists lie directly on a flat, even surface and cannot collapse like the joists in Klein ceilings, which are embedded in a rubble bed. The weight of the ceiling is very small compared to the weight of Klein ceilings and many other ceilings used, because the cross-section of the elements is used rationally from a statically perspective. This weight is almost independent of the height of the iron girders, because increasing the height of the reinforced concrete element only slightly increases the amount of concrete in its vertical wall. Hence, the choice of the cheapest solution for a given load capacity consists only in selecting the spacing and profile of the iron girders so that their weight per 1 m2 of the floor surface is as low as possible. The use of the above-described reinforced concrete elements allows for a wider spacing of the iron girders than in the Klein floor, thus providing significant savings on iron girders. The low weight of the floor reduces the cost of the supporting structure (iron girders, columns, building frame, foundations). Partition walls can be placed on the floor in any direction. When comparing the above-described floor with other floors, the additional weight and cost of leveling layers, rubble, and concrete ring beams should be taken into account. tons on the walls, as well as formwork and scaffolding, without which many other ceilings cannot be constructed, and which the above-described ceiling filled with reinforced concrete elements does not require at all.
