Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plyta chodnikowa granitowa „STOP". Plyta taka ma za zadanie ostrzegac osoby slabo widzace oraz niewidome np. o krawedzi chodnika/przystanku. Plyta ma za zastosowanie w budownictwie. Plyta chodnikowa granitowa „STOP" wykonana jest z granitu w naturalnym zóltym kolorze. Po- siada wymiary 500 x 500 mm, grubosc 8 mm, co widoczne jest na fotografii nr 1 (rzut z góry, pod ka- tem). Na powierzchni górnej równomiernie w rzedach oddalonych od siebie o 50 mm rozmieszczone zostaly wypustki o ksztalcie scietej elipsoidy, co widoczne jest na fotografii nr 2 (rzut z góry). Wypustki oddalone sa od siebie o 50 mm liczac od srodka górnej plaszczyzny scietej elipsoidy. Widok plyty z góry przedstawia Fig. 1, natomiast widok plyty z boku przedstawia Fig. 2. Srednica powierzchni górnej scietej elipsoidy wynosi 27 mm, natomiast powierzchni dolnej 30 mm. Wysokosc wypustek mierzona od powierzchni plyty wynosi 5 mm. Zblizony widok wypustki przedstawia Fig. 3. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego polegaja przede wszystkim na niestosowanym dotychczas wykonaniu plyty chodnikowej „STOP" z naturalnego kamienia (tj. z granitu) w kolorze zóltym, a takze nowym, niespotykanym dotychczas ksztalcie wypustek (scietej elipsoidy) oraz ich rozmieszczeniu (bardziej „gestym" niz w dotychczas spotykanych) w znacznym stopniu poprawiajacych moznosc wy- czuwania stopa odmiennej faktury powierzchni. Odróznia to wzór od znanych do tej pory na rynku. This slab is intended to warn visually impaired and blind people, e.g., about the edge of a sidewalk/bus stop. The slab is used in construction. The "STOP" granite paving slab is made of natural yellow granite. It has dimensions of 500 x 500 mm and is 8 mm thick, as shown in photo no. 1 (top view, at an angle). On the upper surface, protrusions in the shape of a truncated ellipsoid are evenly distributed in rows spaced 50 mm apart, as shown in photo no. 2 (top view). The protrusions are spaced 50 mm apart from each other, counting from the center of the upper plane of the truncated ellipsoid. The top view of the slab is shown in Fig. 1, while the side view of the slab is shown in Fig. 2. The diameter of the upper surface of the truncated ellipsoid is 27 mm, while the bottom surface is 30 mm. The height of the protrusions measured from the slab surface is 5 mm. A close-up view of the protrusion is shown in Fig. 3. The essential features of the industrial design consist primarily in the previously unused material of the "STOP" paving slab made of natural stone (i.e. granite) in yellow, as well as the new, unprecedented shape of the protrusions (truncated ellipsoid) and their arrangement (more "dense" than in those previously encountered) which significantly improve the ability to feel the different surface texture with the foot. This distinguishes the design from those previously known on the market.
