Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa i oryginalna listwa do boniowania, wykonana zw laszcza z tworzyw sztucznych. Nowa posta c wzoru przejawia si e w ukszta ltowaniu powierzchni, kszta lcie listwy, uk ladzie linii i warstw oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów two- rz acych wzór. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na za laczonym rysunku fig. 1 - 3, na którym przedsta- wiono przedmiot wzoru w poszczególnych odmianach. Listwa do boniowania przedstawiona na fig. 2 w postaci listwy z wglebieniem posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego w postaci rowka wzd lu znego (1) o przekroju kwadratowym lub prosto- k atnym, umieszczonego po srodku wierzchniej strony listwy (2), przy czym listwa (2) posiada wypustki ograniczaj ace (3) oraz rowek poprzeczny (4) w stosunku do rowka wzd lu znego (1) przecinaj acy ten rowek pod k atem 90 stopni, jak przedstawiono na za laczonym rysunku, fig. 2. The new form of the design is manifested in the surface finish, the shape of the strip, the arrangement of lines and layers, and the relative positioning of individual elements making up the design. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings Figs. 1-3, which show the subject of the design in individual variations. Fig. 1 - rustication strip with a longitudinal cross-section groove, Fig. 2 - rustication strip with a longitudinal and transverse cross-section groove, Fig. 3 - rustication strip with a longitudinal and transverse cross-section groove on one side. The rustication strip according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 - 3 has the form of a strip with recesses and projections and has the essential features of an industrial design relating to the shape of the rustication and the material from which the strip is made. The rustication strip shown in Fig. 1 in the form of a strip with a recess has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a longitudinal groove (1) with a square or rectangular cross-section, placed in the middle of the upper side of the strip (2), wherein the strip (2) has limiting projections (3), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The rustication strip shown in Fig. 2 in the form of a strip with a recess has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a longitudinal groove (1) with a square or rectangular cross-section, placed in the middle of the upper side of the strip (2), wherein the strip (2) has limiting projections (3) and a transverse groove (4) in relation to the longitudinal groove (1) intersecting this groove at an angle of 90 degrees, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. In a variant of the industrial design, the rustication strip shown in Fig. 3 in the form of a strip with a recess has the essential features of the industrial design in the form of a longitudinal groove (1) with a square or rectangular cross-section, placed in the middle of the upper side of the strip (2), wherein the strip (2) has limiting projections (3) and the longitudinal groove (1) intersected by a transverse groove (4) which intersects only one side of the strip (2), as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3.
