Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest palnik paliwa stalego majacy zastosowanie w nowych jak i juz eksploatowanych kotlach centralnego ogrzewania przeznaczony do spalania malych oraz srednich frakcji opalu. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter palnik paliwa stale- go, którego ksztalt oraz konstrukcja umozliwia efektywne wykorzystanie procesu spalania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia palnik paliwa stalego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 dolna czesc palnika w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig. 3 górna czesc palnika w widoku perspektywicznym. Palnik paliwa stalego sklada sie z dwóch czesci: dolnej oraz górnej, które stanowia zeliwne od- lewy w ksztalcie czworokatnych elementów, polaczonych rozlacznie tak, ze górna czesc nalozona jest na dolna czesc, a wewnetrzne powierzchnie scianek tych czesci tworza plaszczyzny zbiezne w kie- runku do dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Palnik paliwa stalego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dolna czesc 1 palnika posiada scianki 2 o ze- wnetrznych powierzchniach zaopatrzonych w naroznikach oraz w ich srodkowych czesciach w wyste- py 3 i 3' posiadajace w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt trójkatów o podstawie umieszczonej na dole. Zewnetrzne powierzchnie wystepów 3 i 3' sa nieznacznie rozbiezne w kierunku do dolu. Górna i dolna powierzchnia scianek 2 czesci dolnej 1 w miejscach wystepów 3 i 3' jest plaska stanowiac dwie równo- legle wzgledem siebie plaszczyzny, zas miedzy wystepami 3 i 3' scianki 2 u góry i na dole posiadaja wglebienia 4 w ksztalcie przypominajacym rozwarta litere „V". Górne powierzchnie naroznikowych wystepów 3 posiadaja przekatnie rozmieszczone kanaly 5 o przekroju pólokraglym. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique solid fuel burner whose shape and design enable efficient use of the combustion process. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the solid fuel burner, Fig. 2 a perspective view of the lower part of the burner, and Fig. 3 a perspective view of the upper part of the burner. The solid fuel burner consists of two parts: a lower and an upper part, which are cast iron castings in the shape of quadrangular elements, detachably connected so that the upper part is placed over the lower part, and the inner surfaces of the walls of these parts form planes converging downward. The essential features of the industrial design of the solid fuel burner are that the lower part 1 of the burner has walls 2 with outer surfaces provided in the corners and in their central parts with projections 3 and 3' having a triangular cross-section with the base located at the bottom. The outer surfaces of projections 3 and 3' are slightly divergent downward. The upper and lower surfaces of the walls 2 of the lower part 1 at the locations of the projections 3 and 3' are flat, constituting two planes parallel to each other, while between the projections 3 and 3' the walls 2 have recesses 4 at the top and bottom in the shape resembling an open letter "V". The upper surfaces of the corner projections 3 have diagonally arranged channels 5 of semicircular cross-section. The upper part 6 of the burner in the upper parts of the walls 7 is provided with air supply openings 8 located in the middle of each wall and in each corner.
