Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel przeznaczony do uzytku codziennego, laczacy w sobie funkcje lampy i stolika. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zasadniczo stozkowaty ksztalt wytworu, w którego srodkowej czesci umiejscowiony jest blat pelniacy funkcje stolika. Nowy i indywidualny charakter mebla wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach li- nii i ksztaltu, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz kolorystyce. Wzór stanowi wariacje stolu, jednak jego ksztalt i sposób wykorzystania rózni sie od tradycyj- nych. Mebel sklada sie z nóg (masztów) oraz blatu. W górnej czesci mebla moze opcjonalnie znajdo- wac sie abazur lub podwieszona na przewodzie kula, pelniace funkcje lampy. Istotne jest, ze nogi (maszty) mebla, sa elementami konstrukcyjnymi zarówno dla blatu pelniacego charakter stolu jak i lampy. Mebel moze byc skladany oraz rozkladany co zwieksza jego funkcjonalnosc w codziennym uzyciu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na zbiorczym zestawieniu dziesieciu odmian wzoru, przy czym kolejnosc odmian wzoru przemyslowego odpowiada numeracji figur. I tak, pierwsza odmiane przedstawiono na fig. 1, druga na fig. 2, trzecia na fig. 3, czwarta na fig. 4, piata na fig. 5, szósta na fig. 6, siódma na fig. 7, ósma na fig. 8, dziewiata na fig. 9, dziesiata na fig. 10. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na fig. 1 uwidoczniono mebel w widoku z boku oraz w widoku z góry. Mebel ma tutaj cztery nogi oraz okragly blat pelniacy funkcje stolika. W górnej czesci stozka znajduje sie klosz pelniacy funkcje lampy. Druga odmiana wzoru jest mebel przedstawiony na fig. 2. Przedstawia ona rozlozony mebel wsparty na czterech nogach w widoku perspektywicznym. Lampa w górnej czesci wzoru, umiejsco- wiona w kloszu jest zapalona. Stolik zamocowany na masztach jest okragly. Trzecia odmiana wzoru jest mebel przedstawiony na fig. 3. Przedstawia ona rozlozony mebel wsparty na trzech masztach w widoku perspektywicznym. Lampa w górnej czesci wzoru, umiejsco- wiona w kloszu jest zapalona. Stolik zamocowany na masztach jest okragly. Czwarta odmiana wzoru jest mebel przedstawiony na fig. 4. The essence of an industrial design is the product's essentially conical shape, in the center of which is a tabletop. The new and individual character of the furniture according to the industrial design is manifested in the features of the lines and shape, surface properties, and colors. The design is a variation of the table, but its shape and use differ from traditional ones. The furniture consists of legs (poles) and a tabletop. The top of the furniture may optionally feature a lampshade or a ball suspended on a cable, serving as a lamp. It is important that the legs (poles) of the furniture are structural elements for both the tabletop and the lamp. The furniture can be folded and unfolded, increasing its functionality in everyday use. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and in the summary of ten design variations, with the order of the industrial design variations corresponding to the numbering of the figures. The first variation is shown in Fig. 1, the second in Fig. 2, the third in Fig. 3, the fourth in Fig. 4, the fifth in Fig. 5, the sixth in Fig. 6, the seventh in Fig. 7, the eighth in Fig. 8, the ninth in Fig. 9, and the tenth in Fig. 10. The first variation of the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, shows the furniture from a side view and a top view. The furniture has four legs and a round tabletop serving as a table. The upper part of the cone contains a lampshade that functions as a lamp. The second design variation is the furniture shown in Fig. 2. It depicts an unfolded piece of furniture supported on four legs in a perspective view. The lamp in the upper part of the design, located in a lampshade, is lit. The table mounted on poles is round. The third design variation is the furniture shown in Fig. 3. It depicts an unfolded piece of furniture supported on three poles in a perspective view.
