Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik do ogrzewania pomieszczen. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym ksztal- cie, nadajacym mu swoisty wyglad, oraz rozmieszczeniu elementów grzejnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: Fig. 1 przedstawia grzejnik Fig. 2 przedstawia grzejnik w widoku z góry. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch poziomych kolektorów zasilajacych oraz szeregu umieszczonych pionowo, w stalych odstepach elementów grzejnych o przekroju w ksztalcie trójkata. Elementy grzejne polaczone sa z kolektorami od tylu. Grzejnik posiada elementy mocujace. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonany w dowolnej wielkosci i z dowolnego materialu, powierzchnia grzej- nika pokrywana jest lakierami w dowolnych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Grzejnik wedlug wzoru posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z dwóch poziomych ko- lektorów zasilajacych oraz szeregu umieszczonych pionowo, w stalych odstepach elementów grzej- nych o przekroju w ksztalcie trójkata. Elementy grzejne polaczone sa z kolektorami od tylu. The essence of the design is the original form of the radiator, manifested in its original shape, giving it a specific appearance, and the arrangement of the heating elements. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which: Fig. 1 shows the radiator Fig. 2 shows the radiator in a top view. The radiator according to the design consists of two horizontal supply collectors and a series of vertically placed, at constant intervals, heating elements with a triangular cross-section. The heating elements are connected to the collectors from the back. The radiator has fastening elements. The radiator according to the design can be made in any size and from any material, the surface of the radiator is covered with varnishes in any colors. Essential features of the industrial design: The radiator according to the design has the following essential features: it consists of two horizontal supply collectors and a series of vertically placed, at constant intervals, heating elements with a triangular cross-section.
