Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa, zwlaszcza meblowa, przeznaczona do dekoracji zwlaszcza mebli, lub amortyzacji róznego rodzaju uderzen. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac listwy przejawiajace sie w charaktery- stycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z efektów zdobniczo - uzytkowych, kompozycji ksztal- tu, a takze polaczenia listwy z podlozem. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the strip, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from decorative and utility effects, shape composition, and also the connection of the strip with the substrate. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF AN INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. A strip, especially a furniture strip, is characterized in that the decoration is placed in a bed having a substantially U-shaped shape, where the left and right vertical elements of the U-shaped section constituting the decoration frame are wide and their height is similar to the height of the decoration, as shown in the attached illustration fig. 1 to fig. 5 and drawing fig. 1.1 to 5.2. 2. A strip, especially a furniture strip according to feature 1, is characterized in that the vertical elements of the channel forming the frame of the decoration are in shape similar to a rectangle with rounded edges, but their internal surfaces are rounded inwards, creating a kind of guide encompassing the extreme rows of the decoration in the shape of small sleeves arranged symmetrically in three rows, having stabilizing spacer projections at the base, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 and drawings Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2. 3.
