Na du zej grubej rurze, stanowi acej podstaw e dla siode lka, w jej górnej cz esci umieszczone jest s lowo „Rossa", napis sporz adzony jest fantazyjn a delikatn a czcionk a. Pod kierownic a, na czele roweru umiesz- czony jest fantazyjny czarny znak z wpisan a w niego bia la liter a „M" oraz umieszczonym na nim mniejszym, czarnym napisem „Mexller" z czerwon a liter a „x" w srodku. W górnej czesci, górnej odnogi rury lacz acej ty l i przód roweru, równie z umieszczony jest napisane fantazyjn a czcionk a wyra zenie „Rossa". Kolorystyka wzoru uzale zniona jest od odmiany wzoru. The essence of the design is a new form of design manifesting itself in characteristic decoration and colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and collectively on sheet 15 (containing illustrations Figs. 1-5) in five variations. The subject of the industrial design is a bicycle frame, characteristically decorated by placing a decal with a leitmotif depicting two stylized unfolded flowers, with a large floral motif appearing on the profile connecting the rear and front of the bicycle, midway along the profile's length. A small floral motif appears on the front of the frame, on the outer part of the forks supporting the front wheel. An inherent element of the floral motif is the accompanying motif of small vines. From the large, unfolded flowers, three short vines emerge towards the handlebars: one, the shortest, rounded downwards, and the other two, longer, rounded upwards. The vine motif is also visible on the small flowers placed on the front forks, but in this case, two short, equal-length vines emerge from under the flowers towards the wheel, rounding in opposite directions. The climber motif is also visible on the last, rear tube of the bicycle frame, where halfway down its length there is the inscription "LIMITED SERIES", entwining the second expression of this inscription. The profile connecting the front and rear of the bicycle is made of two tubes of equal thickness, overlapping and forking in its upper and lower parts. On the large, thick tube that serves as the base for the saddle, in its upper part there is the word "Rossa", the inscription is made in a fancy and delicate font. On the down tube, the triangle holding the rear wheel, there is the inscription "www.mexller.com.pl", while on the lower leg, the lower part of the profile connecting the rear and front of the bike, there is a black inscription "MEXLLER", with a red letter "x" in the middle. On the lower leg, the upper part of the tube connecting the rear and front of the bicycle, there is the inscription "comfort line" written in a fancy font. Below the handlebars, at the head of the bicycle, there is a fancy black sign with a white letter "M" inscribed within it and a smaller, black inscription "Mexller" with a red letter "x" inside. On the upper part, the upper leg of the tube connecting the rear and front of the bicycle, there is also the word "Rossa" written in a fancy font. The color scheme of the pattern depends on the pattern variant. Each of the five variants differs from the others, with the common element being the decorative features described above. The bicycle frame variations according to the industrial design are as follows: 1. Variation I - black frame with red flowers. All the inscriptions on the rear part of the frame are white, and those on the front are brown, similar to the color of the vines; the front part of the frame is brown, and the rear is white. Variation shown in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II - white frame with brown flowers. All the inscriptions on the rear part of the frame are black, and those on the front are brown, similar to the color of the vines; the front part of the frame is brown, and the rear is black. The variety shown in Fig. 2. 3. Variety III - brown and white frame with brown flowers. The front of the frame is white and the back is brown. The border separating the two colors is a decorative floral element placed on the profile connecting the front and back of the frame. All the inscriptions on the back of the frame are black, and those in the front are brown. The color of the vines is similar; they are brown in the front of the frame and white in the back. The variety shown in Fig. 3. 4. Variety IV - brown and cream frame with brown flowers. The front of the frame is cream, and the back is brown. The border separating the two colors is a decorative floral element placed on the profile connecting the front and back of the frame. All the inscriptions on the back of the frame are black, while those on the front are brown, similar to the color of the vines; they are brown on the front and cream on the back. The variety is shown in Fig. 4. 5. Variety V - a cherry and white frame with cherry blossoms. The front of the frame is white, and the back is cherry red. The border separating the two colors is a decorative floral element placed on the profile connecting the front and back of the frame. All the inscriptions on the back of the frame are black, while those on the front are brown, similar to the color of the vines; they are brown on the front and white on the back.
