Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Ozdobny element graficzny charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac stylizowanego flakonu o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata z korkiem o zarysie litery „T". Flakon posiada pasy wzdluz pionowych krawedzi, na których w centralnej czesci znajduje sie prostokatne pole, którego poziome krawedzie posiadaja prostokatny przebieg. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego flakon i korek posiadaja ozdobe w postaci stylizo- wanych kamieni szlachetnych umieszczonych wzdluz krawedzi zarysu flakonu oraz wewnatrz korka. Pozostale cechy sa jak w wersji podstawowej. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego w prostokatnym polu flakonu znajduja sie dwa szeregi symetrycznych do siebie elementów pierscienia zachodzacych na siebie w postaci stylizowanego splotu. The new and individual form of a decorative graphic element is expressed in its shape. The subject matter of the industrial design is shown in the accompanying illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a decorative graphic element, Fig. 2 shows a first embodiment of a decorative graphic element, Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment of a decorative graphic element, and Fig. 4 shows is the third form of a decorative graphic element. Important features of an industrial design The decorative graphic element is characterized by the fact that it has the form of a stylized bottle with an outline similar to a rectangle with a "T"-shaped stopper. The bottle has stripes along the vertical edges, on which in the central part there is a rectangular field with horizontal edges they have a rectangular shape. In the first version of the industrial design, the bottle and the cap have a decoration in the form of stylized gemstones placed along the edge of the bottle and inside the cap. In the second version of the industrial design, there are two in the rectangular field of the bottle rows of symmetrical ring elements overlapping each other in the form of a stylized weave. The remaining features are the same as in the basic version. In the third variant of the industrial design, the rectangular field of the bottle contains two rows of symmetrical ring elements overlapping each other in the form of a stylized weave. There are decorations in the form of stylized precious stones along the outline of the bottle, inside the cap and ring elements. The remaining features are as in the basic version.
