Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw pomocy terapeutycznych SYNAPSIS, projektowany z mysla o rehabilitacji i terapii osób z autyzmem. Moze byc równiez wykorzystywany w terapii osób z innymi zaburzeniami, które napotykaja na podobne problemy m.in. z obszaru percepcji i motoryki malej. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce, budowie oraz materiale wytworu, nadajacymi mu swoisty, oryginalny wyglad i funkcjo- nalnosc, zmierzajacymi do podniesienia cech estetycznych i uzytkowych pomocy terapeutycznej. Produkt wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji jako zestaw pomocy terapeutycznych do cwiczen rozwijajacy sprawnosc manualna, percepcje dotykowa i wzrokowa oraz inne umiejetnosci, takie jak dopasowywanie, segregowanie, rozwijanie spostrzegawczosci oraz cwiczenie koncentracji, a takze mobilizujacy do wysilku. Pomoce zostaly zaprojektowane do prowadzenia cwiczen na róznych poziomach skomplikowania. Produkt przeznaczony jest dla grupy odbiorców w róznym wieku, powyzej 3 roku zycia. Cwiczenie osoby niepelnosprawnej bedzie przebiegalo pod nadzorem terapeuty/opiekuna. Wzór stanowi zestaw 2 pudelek z nakladka oraz klockami (zetonami) w róznych ksztaltach i kolorach. Zestaw pudelek sklada sie z pojemnika glównego i mniejszego sortownika. Oba pudelka maja ksztalt prostokatów, wykonane sa z tektury, oklejonej zmywalna folia w kolorze jasnoszarym, mieszczacym sie miedzy CMYK:0,0,0,20 a CMYK 0,0,0,35. Pudelka mozna ze soba laczyc, tak by nie przesuwaly sie podczas uzytkowania oraz umiescic sortownik w pudelku glównym w celu latwiejszego przechowywania. Krótszy bok pudelka glównego ma te sama dlugosc, co dluzszy bok sortownika. Wewnatrz glównego pojemnika, na dnie zamocowane sa trzy paliki, dzielace dno pudelka w poprzek na cztery czesci, znajdujace sie, po zlozeniu pomocy, bezposrednio pod otworami w nakladkach. It can also be used in the therapy of people with other disorders who encounter similar problems, including in the area of perception and fine motor skills. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape, colors, structure and material of the product, giving it a specific, original appearance and functionality, aimed at improving the aesthetic and utility features of the therapeutic aid. The product according to the industrial design is intended for multiple reproduction in production as a set of therapeutic aids for exercises developing manual skills, tactile and visual perception and other skills, such as matching, sorting, developing perceptiveness and practicing concentration, as well as mobilizing to effort. The aids have been designed to conduct exercises at various levels of complexity. The product is intended for a group of recipients of different ages, over 3 years of age. The exercise of a disabled person will be carried out under the supervision of a therapist/carer. The pattern is a set of 2 boxes with an overlay and blocks (tokens) in different shapes and colors. The set of boxes consists of a main container and a smaller sorter. Both boxes are rectangular in shape, made of cardboard, covered with a washable light gray foil, between CMYK: 0,0,0,20 and CMYK 0,0,0,35. The boxes can be connected to each other so that they do not move during use and the sorter can be placed in the main box for easier storage. The shorter side of the main box is the same length as the longer side of the sorter. Inside the main container, three posts are attached to the bottom, dividing the bottom of the box crosswise into four parts, located, after folding the aid, directly under the holes in the overlays. The set of boxes is shown in the photo - Fig. 10. The pattern also includes cardboard overlays, covered with a washable foil in light gray, between CMYK 0,0,0,20 and CMYK 0,0,0,35, with cut-out holes in various shapes, mounted wooden posts or transparent tubes, shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 9. The overlays are inserted into the main container (Fig. 4.5). The cutout in the main container and in the overlays makes it easier to remove them (Fig. 14.A.2) Another element of the design are also blocks (tokens) in blue, green, yellow and red, in the following shapes - spheres, cubes, triangular prisms and hoops. The tokens in the shape of a sphere, cube and triangular prism are made of hardwood and have holes drilled through them, allowing them to be placed on the pegs on the overlays. The hoops are made of plastic. It consists of a main box, a sorter and an overlay with one hole in the shape of a circle, in a central arrangement. The design in the second variation is shown in Fig. 2. It consists of a main box, a sorter and an overlay with one hole in the shape of a square, in a central arrangement. The design in the third variation is shown in Fig. 3. It consists of a main box, a sorter and an overlay with one hole in the shape of a triangle, in a central arrangement. The design in the fourth variation is shown in Fig. 4. It consists of a main box, a sorter and an overlay with three holes in the shape of a circle, a square and a triangle, in a horizontal strip arrangement. The fifth version of the pattern is shown in Fig. 5. It consists of a main box, a sorter and a cover with nine holes in the shape of a circle, square and triangle (each shape appears three times), in a striped arrangement. The individual holes have frames in three colours (each colour appears once for each shape).PL 18581 4 The sixth version of the pattern is shown in Figs. 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3. It consists of a main box, a sorter and a cover with one vertical wooden stake in the centre. Blocks of different shapes can be placed on the stake. The seventh version of the pattern is shown in Fig. 7. It consists of a main box, a sorter and a cover with three vertical wooden stakes in a triangular arrangement. The pattern in the eighth version is shown in Fig. 8. It consists of a main box, a sorter and a cover with one transparent plastic tube, in a central arrangement. The pattern in the ninth version is shown in Fig. 9. It consists of a main box, a sorter and a cover with three transparent plastic tubes, in a triangular arrangement. At the base of the tubes are colored frames. On the photographic material, in Fig. 4.1, Fig. 4.2, Fig. 4.3, Fig. 4.4, Fig. 4.5, Fig. 4.6, Fig. 4.7, Fig. 4.8 the pattern in the 4th version is shown in different views.
