The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2, 3, and 4 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) single hanging lamp - fig. 1, 2) hanging lamp with three shades - fig. 2, 3) hanging lamp with four shades - fig. 3, 4) hanging lamp with five shades - fig. 4. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. a single hanging lamp - is that: — its lampshade resembles a ball whose surface is made of undulating and bent wire; — above the lampshade, in its upper part, there is an element resembling an inverted cup; — the cup-shaped element connects centrally to the surface of a disc, which is adjacent directly to a low cylinder placed in the upper part of the lamp, the disc's diameter being greater than the cylinder's diameter. Protection is sought for the three-dimensional form of the design, without designating its colours. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a hanging lamp with three shades, is that: — each shade resembles a sphere, the surface of which is made of undulating and bent wire; — above each shade, in its upper part, an element resembling an inverted cup is placed; — the cup-shaped element of the central lampshade is connected centrally via a cylindrical element to the surface of a disc adjacent directly to a low cylinder located in the upper part of the lamp, the diameter of the disc being greater than the diameter of the cylinder; — the remaining two cup-shaped elements are located below the cup-shaped element of the central lampshade and each of them is connected to the cylindrical element via a bent, arched rod. The spatial form of the design is applied for for protection, without designating its colours. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a hanging lamp with four shades, is that: — each shade is shaped like a ball, the surface of which is made of folded and bent wire; — above each shade, in its upper part, there is an element resembling an inverted cup; — the cup-shaped element of the middle shade is connected centrally via a cylindrical element to the surface of a disc adjacent directly to a low cylinder placed in the upper part of the lamp, the diameter of the disc being larger than the diameter of the cylinder; — the remaining three cup-shaped elements are placed below the cup-shaped central element of the lampshade and each of them is connected by a bent, arched rod to a cylindrical element. The spatial form of the design is claimed for protection, without designating its colors.
