Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sk lad którego wchodz a: dwie, szafki - witryny stanowi ace wzajemnie swoje lustrzane odbicia, poziomo usytuowana nadstawka w postaci dwóch, umieszczonych jedna nad drug a pó lek oraz trzy szafki o kszta lcie prostopad lo scia- nu, przy czym dwie z tych szafek stanowi a wzajemnie swoje lustrzane odbicia. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego - Szafki - witryny (fig. 1 i fig. 3) posiadaj a dwuskrzyd lowe drzwi, przy czym jedne ze skrzyde l drzwi tych szafek wykonane s a z meblowej p lyty, natomiast drugie ich skrzyd la sk ladaj a si e z trzech, poziomo wydzielonych cz esci, z których dwie: górne i dolne wykonane s a z me- blowej p lyty, za s srodkowe cz esci drzwi szafek - witryn stanowi a profilowane szyby pola- czone z meblowymi cz esciami, posiadaj ace kszta lt przypominaj acy kszta lt po lowy lopatki wios la i stanowi a, wzajemnie, swoje lustrzane odbicia. - Szafki zwie nczone blatami zachodz acym, czesciowo, na przednie scianki szafek (fig. 4, 5 i 6) i stanowi acymi wraz z odchylnymi drzwiami, frontowe scianki tych szafek charakteryzuj a sie tym, ze blat w cz esci zachodz acej na przedni a sciank e szafki stanowi acej odmian e pi at a wzoru (fig. 5) ma, w widoku od frontu, kszta lt wyd lu zonego, poziomo usytuowanego prosto- k ata, natomiast w cz esciach zachodz acych na szafk e stanowi ac a czwart a odmian e wzoru (fig. 4) i szafk e stanowi ac a szóst a odmian e wzoru (fig. 6) ma kszta lt zbli zony do kszta ltu po lowy wios la i, ponadto, cz esci zachodz ace na obie boczne szafki stanowi a, wzajemnie, swoje lustrzane odbicia. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of case furniture, consisting of: two display cabinets which are mirror images of each other, a horizontally situated extension in the form of two shelves placed one above the other, and three cabinets in the shape of a perpendicular wall, where two of these cabinets are mirror images of each other. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photograph, which presents all the pattern variations in a general view: Fig. 1 shows the pattern in the first variation - a cabinet - display cabinet in the shape of a horizontally positioned perpendicular wall, Fig. 2 - the pattern in the second variation - an extension in the form of two shelves placed one above the other, Fig. 3 - the pattern in the third variation - a cabinet - display cabinet in the shape of a horizontally positioned perpendicular wall constituting a mirror image of the cabinet - display cabinet shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 4 - the pattern in the fourth variation - a cabinet with a top partially overlapping the front wall of the cabinet, wherein the top, in the front view, has a shape similar to the shape of half an oar, Fig. 5 - the pattern in the fifth variation - a cabinet with a top partially overlapping the front wall of the cabinet, wherein the top has, in a front view, the shape of an elongated, horizontally situated rectangle, and in fig. 6 - the sixth design variant - a cabinet with a top partially overlapping the front wall of the cabinet, wherein the top has, in a front view, a shape similar to the shape of half an oar, and wherein the cabinet - the sixth design variant - is, in a front view, a mirror image of the cabinet shown in fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design - Cabinets - display cabinets (fig. 1 and fig. 3) have double-winged doors, where one of the wings of the doors of these cabinets is made of furniture board, while their other wings consist of three horizontally separated parts, two of which: upper and lower are made of furniture board, while the middle parts of the doors of the cabinets - display cases consist of profiled glass connected to furniture parts, having a shape resembling the shape of half a paddle blade and are, mutually, mirror images of each other. - Cabinets topped with tops partially overlapping the front walls of the cabinets (figs. 4, 5 and 6) and constituting, together with the hinged doors, the front walls of these cabinets are characterised in that the top in the part overlapping the front wall of the cabinet constituting the fifth variety of the pattern (fig. 5) has, when viewed from the front, the shape of an elongated, horizontally situated rectangle, whereas in the parts overlapping the cabinet constituting the fourth variety of the pattern (fig. 4) and the cabinet constituting the sixth variety of the pattern (fig. 6) it has a shape similar to the shape of half an oar and, moreover, the parts overlapping both side cabinets are, mutually, mirror images of each other.
