The design most closely resembles the industrial design is a metal gutter mounting bracket known from Polish utility model protection description No. 60538. This bracket is made of a single flat bar bent at one end into a semicircular section to accommodate the gutter. It is equipped with gutter locating elements within the semicircular section and holes in the straight section for mounting the bracket to the roof structure. The first locating element is a short section of the flat bar inclined at an acute angle to the straight section of the bracket towards the interior of the semicircular section. The second gutter retaining element is a shaped hook extending outward from the bend with its convex side, with the bottom of the last bend at the height of the end of the first gutter retaining element in the holder. The hook has a variable radius, while its end is inclined towards the inside of the semicircular part and located below the level of the end of the first retaining element. The semicircular part has an outwardly convex embossment. The section constituting the first element securing the gutter has a slight radial bend in the central section, convex outward, and the end is located above the transition from the semicircular section to the straight section. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of metal hook for semicircular gutters, manifesting itself in the shape and arrangement of lines and contours, thanks to which the hook has an individual and original appearance enabling its identification and at the same time better functional properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the hook from the side, Fig. 2 shows the hook from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the hook from the back. An industrial-style metal hook for semicircular gutters features a curve between the semicircular part and the vertical part and the straight part, rounded at the top and directed toward the interior of the semicircular part. A rectangular hole with a slot is cut into the vertical end of the outward-facing curve, located at the other end of the semicircular part, opposite and slightly below the curve. Inside the curve is the center of a wire clasp, the hook-like ends of which, bent outward, fit into the cutout in the vertical end of the curve. The flat part of the bend connected to the vertical section of the straight part of the hook has a longitudinal reinforcing embossment made in the middle and towards the interior of the semicircular part. The second longitudinal reinforcing embossment, made in the middle but towards the outside of the semicircular part, runs between the initial point connecting the semicircular part with the bend and the final point being the middle point of the semicircle defined by the semicircular part.
