The design most closely resembles the industrial design is a metal gutter mounting bracket known from Polish utility model protection description No. 60539. This bracket is made of a single flat bar bent at one end into a semicircular section for positioning the gutter. It is equipped with gutter locating elements within the semicircular section and holes in the straight section for mounting the bracket to the roof structure. The first locating element is in the form of a short section of a flat bar inclined at an acute angle relative to the straight part of the holder towards the interior of the semicircular part, with a slight radial bend in the central part, convex outward, with the end located above the transition from the semicircular part to the straight part of the holder. The second element locating the gutter is in the form of a radial hook extending outward from the said bend on the convex side, with the end located above this bend at the height of the end of the first element locating the gutter in the holder. The semicircular part has an outwardly convex embossment. The radial hook has a constant radius. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a metal hook for semicircular gutters, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines and contours, giving the hook a unique and original appearance enabling its identification and simultaneously providing improved functional properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the hook from the side, Fig. 2 shows the hook in an axonometric front view, and Fig. 3 shows the hook from the back. A metal hook for semicircular gutters, according to an industrial design, has a bend between the semicircular part and the vertical part and the straight part, rounded at the top and directed towards the interior of the semicircular part, shaped similarly to the letter "L", with an inclined vertical rod. At the other end of the semicircular part, opposite and slightly below the bend, there is an outward-directed semicircular bend with a short, vertical tip. The flat part of the bend, connected to the vertical section of the straight part of the hook, has a long reinforcing embossment made in the middle and towards the interior of the semicircular part. The second longitudinal reinforcing embossment, also made in the center but towards the outside of the semicircular part, runs between the initial point connecting the semicircular part with the bend and the final point being the center point of the semicircle defined by the semicircular part.
