The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, where Fig. 1 shows the toy in a side perspective view, Fig. 1a shows the toy in a front view, and Fig. 1b shows the toy in a back view. The three-dimensional form of the design is applied for protection, without any color designation. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b - a toy in the form of a car imitating the shape of a dump truck - is that: - the car cabin has one window at the front and one back and two smaller side windows, with the corners of all windows being rounded; - inside the cabin there are two seats, a dashboard and a steering wheel visible; - on the roof of the cabin there are two small cylindrical elements imitating signal lights; - the car's hood is connected to the cabin, the main part of which - covering the engine - is shaped like a perpendicular wall, with vertical holes visible in its vertical front part, while a trapezoidal lug is visible on the upper surface; - on the side of the body there are wheel arches in the shape of semicircular cutouts, additionally surrounded by a lug that passes along the loose lug to the entire body; - on both sides of the cabin, at the rear, there are vertical pins with visible grooves on them, topped with slightly smaller elements; - the cabin is placed on a single-axle chassis with two wheels; - the chassis is extended beyond the rear of the cab, and on its part extending beyond the cab, the tipper body is mounted, with the tipper body mounted on two axles with four wheels; - the tipper body generally has three side walls of the same height and a lower rear wall, with all the walls in the upper part being finished with a flare, and the outer side walls of the tipper body having decorative convexities and recesses; - the rear of the chassis is finished with a decorative strip resembling a bumper; - all wheels - in the part imitating tires - have transverse cutouts imitating the tire tread, while their central outer part imitating the wheel rim - is slightly more convex, while in the part imitating hubcaps there are essentially rectangular diagonal cutouts, arranged in a radius around the central circular boss.PL 17449 3 Illustration of the patternPL 17449 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
