Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac oslony, przejawia- jaca sie w ksztalcie. Oslona jest przeznaczona jako element montazowy do mocowania zaluzji, okiennic rolowanych itp. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia oslone w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- oslone w widoku z przodu, fig.3- oslone w widoku z boku, fig.4- oslone w widoku z dolu, fig.5- oslone w widoku z tylu, fig.6- oslone w widoku z dru- giego boku, a fig.7- oslone w widoku z góry. Oslona wedlug wzoru, obejmujaca czesc górna, czesc dolna oraz boczny element profilowany usytuowany przy czescidolnej, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc górna ma postac wy- puklej sciany zasklepionej od strony tylnej, przy czym w wi- doku z boku zasklepienie to ma zarys linii lukowatej polaczo- nej z linia prosta. Czesc dolna obejmuje od przodu, ucho o zarysie pólowalu, w srodku, którego znajduje sie kolisty otwór, a w pozostalej czesci, czesc dolna obejmuje pionowa sciane, do której przylega element srubowy usytuowany pomie- dzy dwoma sciankami oraz pozioma sciane, której tylne zakon- czenie, w widoku z góry, ma zarys czworoboku, którego trzy boki sa lukowate. Boczny element profilowany, usytuowany przy czesci dolnej, w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do ucha, ma, w widoku z góry, zarys w przyblizeniu litery "U", przy czym zakonczenie jednego ramienia tego elementu profilowanego jest zagiete ku dolowi i ma krawedz lukowata, a w poblizu zagiecia znajduje sie kolisty otwór. W polu drugiego ramienia elementu profilowanego znajduja sie zarysy koliste. Ponadto do drugie- go ramienia elementu profilowanego przylega, od dolu, podpór- ka majaca trzy ramiona poziome polaczone dwoma ramionami skosnymi. PL PL PLCover The design registration right is valid from: 14 May 1999 Priority: 16 November 1998 (WIPO) The subject of the ornamental design is a cover. The essence of the design is a new form of the cover, manifested in its shape. The cover is intended as a mounting element for mounting blinds, roller shutters, etc. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the cover in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the cover in a front view, fig. 3 - the cover in a side view, fig. 4 - the cover in a bottom view, fig. 5 - the cover in a back view, fig. 6 - the cover in a view from the other side, and fig. 7 - the cover in a top view. The cover, as designed, comprises an upper section, a lower section, and a side profiled element located at the lower section. The upper section is characterized by a convex wall vaulted at the rear, with the side view of the vault having the outline of an arcuate line connected to a straight line. The lower section comprises a semi-oval ear at the front, with a circular opening in the center. The lower section comprises a vertical wall to which a screw element located between two walls adjoins, and a horizontal wall, the rear end of which, in a top view, has the outline of a quadrilateral with three arcuate sides. The side profiled element, located at the bottom, in a plane perpendicular to the ear, has, in a top view, an approximate U-shaped outline, with the end of one arm of this profiled element bent downwards and having an arcuate edge, and a circular opening located near the bend. The area of the other arm of the profiled element has circular outlines. Furthermore, a support with three horizontal arms connected by two oblique arms adjoins the other arm of the profiled element from below. PL PL PL
