PL 24326 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest panel oslonowy kalenicy wykonany z cienkiego arkusza metalowej blachy albo sprezysto-elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczony do nakladania na podluzne zewnetrzne elementy dachów w celu zabezpieczenia przed niekorzystnym dzialaniem czyn- ników atmosferycznych, a takze celu estetycznym ujednolicenia wygladu i kolorystyki z poszyciem dachowym. Panel oslonowy kalenicy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest nowym rozwiazaniem charakteryzu- jacym sie oryginalnym ksztaltem, ukladem linii i konturów nadajac wyrobowi oryginalny i niepowtarzalny wyglad. Panel oslonowy ma postac prostokatnego arkusza i zaopatrzonego na dwóch przeciwleglych krótszych krawedziach w zagiecia pod katem zblizonym do 180°, z jednej strony na zewnatrz a z drugiej do wewnatrz natomiast obie dluzsze krawedzie sa zagiete do wewnatrz. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na rysunku, który przedstawia go w ujeciu perspektywicznych od góry i od spodu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na fig. 1 i fig. 2 jest to, ze ma postac prosto- katnego arkusza, dwukrotnie przegietego z utworzeniem trzech podluznych prostokatów i w ksztalcie zblizonym do daszka, których przeciwlegle krótsze boki maja krawedzie zagiete pod katem zblizonym do 180°, po jednej stronie na zewnatrz a po drugiej stronie do wewnatrz, a z jednej strony w poblizu zagiecia srodkowego prostokata znajduja sie otwory mocujace, przy czym konce zagiec sa lekko odchylone, natomiast dluzsze boki podluznych prostokatów maja krawedzie zagiete do wewnatrz. PL 24326 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 24326 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 24326 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a ridge protection panel made of a thin sheet of metal or a resilient-elastic plastic, intended for application to the elongated external elements of roofs to provide protection against the adverse effects of weather conditions, as well as for the aesthetic purpose of harmonizing the appearance and color of the roof covering. The ridge protection panel, according to the industrial design, is a new solution characterized by an original shape, arrangement of lines and contours, giving the product a unique and unrepeatable appearance. The protection panel is a rectangular sheet with two opposite shorter edges bent at an angle approaching 180°, with one side facing outward and the other inward, while both longer edges are bent inward. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, which shows it in perspective from above and below. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is that it has the form of a rectangular sheet, bent twice to form three elongated rectangles and in a shape similar to a roof, the opposite shorter sides of which have edges bent at an angle close to 180°, with one side outward and the other inward, and on one side, near the fold of the central rectangle, there are mounting holes, with the ends of the folds being slightly deflected, while the longer sides of the elongated rectangles have edges bent inward.
