Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na któ- rym fig.1 przedstawia profil - w widoku ogólnym i fig.2 - profil - w przekro- ju poprzecznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Profil wedlug wzoru ma postac wydluzonej, profilowanej listwy skladajacej sie z trzech czesci: wydluzonej, usytuowanej ukosnie, w przekroju poprzecznym, listwy stanowiacej podstawe 1 i dwóch, bocznych, usytuowanych pionowo, asymetrycznych czesci: lewej czesci 2 o ksztalcie grzebienia skierowanego2 zebami w kierunku listwy podstawy 1 i prawej czesci 3 o ksztalcie litery H nieco pochylonej w kierunku listwy podstawy 1, przy czym obie boczne czesci maja, równiez, postac profilowanych listew, stanowiacych przedluzenie obu konców podstawy 1 (fig.1 i 2). - Listwowa podstawa 1 ma ksztalt, w przekroju poprzecznym, zblizony do ksztaltu splaszczonej i wydluzonej litery U usytuowanej ukosnie w stosunku do przystajacej do niej lewej czesci 2 _ usytuowanej pionowo i, takze, listwowa podstawa 1 stanowi przedluzenie konca dolnego wzdluznego wypustu z grupy grzebieniowatych wypustów 4 usytuowanych po wewnetrznej stronie lewej czesci 2 profilu wedlug wzoru. - Spodnia czesc listwowej podstawy 1 posiada, usytuowany centralnie wzdluz- ny nadlew 5 który, w przekroju poprzecznym, ma ksztalt prostokata. - Spodnia czesc lewej czesci 2 profilu wedlug wzoru ma wzdluzne wybranie 6 o ksztalcie, w przekroju poprzecznym, haczyka. - Prawa czesc 3 profilu wedlug wzoru stanowi prawe przedluzenie listwowej podstawy 1 o ksztalcie, w przekroju poprzecznym, pochylonej w kierunku „do srodka", litery H, przy czym polaczenie podstawy 1 i prawej czesci 3 stanowi górna czesc stopki litery H ( fig.1 i 2).3 F ¡ g . 1 Fig.2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL6 7 3 21 Structural profile for lighting installations, particularly LED lighting installations. The subject of the industrial design is a structural profile for lighting installations, particularly LED lighting installations. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the profile in general view and Fig. 2 shows the profile in cross-section. Essential features of the industrial design - The profile according to the design has the form of an elongated, profiled strip consisting of three parts: an elongated, diagonally situated, in cross-section, strip constituting the base 1 and two side, vertically situated, asymmetrical parts: the left part 2 in the shape of a comb with its teeth directed towards the base strip 1 and the right part 3 in the shape of the letter H, slightly inclined towards the base strip 1, wherein both side parts also have the form of profiled strips constituting an extension of both ends of the base 1 (fig. 1 and 2). - The strip base 1 has a shape, in cross-section, similar to the shape of a flattened and elongated letter U, situated diagonally in relation to the adjacent left part 2 _ situated vertically, and, also, the strip base 1 constitutes an extension of the end of the lower longitudinal projection from the group of comb-like projections 4 situated on the inner side of the left part 2 of the profile according to the pattern. - The underside of the strip base 1 has a centrally located longitudinal projection 5, which, in cross-section, has the shape of a rectangle. - The underside of the left part 2 of the profile according to the pattern has a longitudinal recess 6 in the shape, in cross-section, of a hook. - The right part 3 of the profile according to the pattern is the right extension of the strip base 1 in the shape of the letter H, inclined towards the center in the cross-section, while the connection of the base 1 and the right part 3 is the upper part of the foot of the letter H (fig. 1 and 2).3 F ¡ g . 1 Fig.2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
