Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia przekrój ksztaltownika. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cross section of the shaper.

Ksztaltownik wedlug wzoru stanowi jednolity element, który od strony czolowej tworzy plaska listwe, zas od spodu ma wyprofilowane trzy odgalezienia, z których pierwsze najkrótsze usytuowane jest prostopadle do listwy, srodkowe ma ksztalt zlozony i poczatkowo usytuowane jest prostopadle do listwy, nastepnie wygiete jest równolegle w prawo, dalej prostopadle w dól i równolegle w lewo na dlugosc równa odleglosci pierwszego odgalezienia od drugiego.
