Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil laczacy skrzydla drzwi przesuwnych w postaci listwy profilowej, stanowiacej poziomy element laczacy dwie plyty skrzydla drzwi przesuwnych. Profil moze równiez znalezc zastosowanie jako poziomy element laczacy rózne rodzaje plyt z jakich zestawione jest skrzydlo drzwi przesuwnych. The subject of the industrial design is a profile connecting sliding door leaves in the form of a profile strip, which is a horizontal element connecting two plates of a sliding door leaf. The profile can also be used as a horizontal element connecting different types of panels from which the sliding door leaf is composed.

Znanych jest szereg rozwiazan profili w postaci listew profilowych, mocowanych na poziomej krawedzi jednej czesci skrzydla drzwi przesuwnych, gdzie do tego poziomego profilu laczacego dolacza sie z drugiej strony druga czesc skrzydla drzwi przesuwnych, co jest uzasadnione wzgledami technicznymi lub estetycznymi wynikajacymi z odmiennej kolorystyki lub faktury tych laczonych czesci skrzydla drzwi. Wspólna cecha tych znanych listew laczacych jest ich przekrój zawierajacy jako glówny korpus ksztaltownik o przekroju poprzecznym dwuteownika, o dwóch parach ramion. Jedna para ramion tego poziomego ksztaltownika obejmuje jedna czesc skrzydla drzwi, zas druga para ramion obejmuje druga czesc tego skrzydla drzwi. Calosc skrzydla drzwi przesuwnych ujeta jest rame, która ustala i stabilizuje skrzydlo drzwi. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt profilu laczacego poziomego.Profil laczacy drzwi przesuwnych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku gdzie na rysunku fig. 1 uwidoczniono ksztalt profilu, zas na rysunku fig. 2 pokazano pogladowo widok fragmentu listwy o tym profilu.
