Metalowa sztacheta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest metalowa sztacheta profilowana przeznaczona do wypelniania przesel ogrodzen zarówno metalowych jak i betonowych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia sztachete w widoku z boku uwidocznionym profilem, zas fig. 2 przedstawia metalowa sztachete w widoku z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego profilowanej sztachety metalowej sa nastepujace: 1. Sztacheta ma postac listwy, która w czesci srodkowej, na calej dlugosci, ma profilowe przetloczenie o zarysie trapezowym. 2. W centralnej czesci sztachety powierzchnie profilowego przetloczenia trapezowego tworza w poziomie trzy równolegle plaszczyzny. 3. Po obu stronach profilowego przetloczenia trapezowego, powyzej plaszczyzny jego wygiecia, znajduja sie wyprofilowania, które w widoku z boku tworza w przyblizeniu kat prosty 4. Dluzsze krawedzie metalowej sztachety posiadaja przetloczenie i sa wywiniete do wewnatrz w taki sposób, ze pomiedzy plaszczyzna wywiniecia a plaszczyzna sztachety pozostaje wolna przestrzen. 5. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the railing from a side view with the profile visible, while Fig. 2 shows the metal railing from a front view. The essential features of the industrial design for the profiled metal railing are as follows: 1. The railing is in the form of a strip with a trapezoidal embossing along its entire length in the central section. 2. In the central section of the railing, the surfaces of the trapezoidal embossing form three parallel horizontal planes. 3. On both sides of the trapezoidal profile, above the plane of its bend, there are profiles that form approximately a right angle in a side view. 4. The longer edges of the metal picket have a profile and are turned inward so that there is free space between the plane of the turn and the picket plane. 5. The upper edge of the picket is rounded.
