Nosnik reklamowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenny nosnik reklamowy, z naniesionym dowolna technika na jego zewnetrznej powierzchni, materialem reklamowym i/lub informacyjnym, przeznaczony do przesylki pocztowej w formie plaskiego listu. Wzór przemyslowy posiada dwie odmiany, które przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: fig. 1a przedstawia szablon bryly wzoru wedlug pierwszej odmiany, fig. 1b - bryle wzoru wedlug pierwszej odmiany, fig. 1c - plaska forme wzoru wedlug pierwszej odmiany, fig. 1b przedstawia szablon bryly wzoru wedlug drugiej odmiany, fig. 2b - bryle wzoru wedlug drugiej odmiany, fig. 2c - plaska forme wzoru wedlug drugiej odmiany, Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego. 1. Nosnik reklamowy w ksztalcie graniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata Zgodnie z pierwsza odmiana pokazana na fig. 1b, nosnik posiada ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawie szesciokata z otworem w górnej podstawie. Na powierzchni zewnetrznej jest naniesiony material reklamowy i/lub informacyjny. Siatka geometryczna szablonu przedstawiona na fig. la, posiada osiem scianek bocznych. Szesc scianek polaczonych jest ze soba, tworzac pobocznice graniastoslupa, natomiast dwie skrajne scianki zagiete sa do wnetrza graniastoslupa, z których ostatnia posiada wspólna krawedz z jedna z podstaw, która to podstawa po przeciwleglej stronie posiada wspólna krawedz ze scianka, do której po przeciwnej stronie wzgledem tej - 1 -podstawy, przytwierdzona jest druga podstawa wzdluz jej jednej krawedzi, a wzdluz przeciwleglej krawedzi, podstawa ta przytwierdzona jest do scianki bocznej graniastoslupa. Do górnej podstawy, w celu jej wzmocnienia, przytwierdzona jest dodatkowa scianka o ksztalcie tej podstawy. W celu zlozenia graniastoslupa do pozycji plaskiej, przedstawionej na fig.1c, wysuwa sie na zewnatrz scianke do której przytwierdzone sa podstawy tak, ze podstawy ukladaja sie równolegle do pobocznicy. Zgodnie z druga odmiana pokazana na fig.2b, nosnik posiada ksztalt graniastoslupa o podstawie trójkata równoramiennego, o wydluzonych ramionach. Podstawe nosnika stanowi prostokatna scianka usytuowana pomiedzy podstawami trójkatów równoramiennych posiadajaca wspólna krawedz tylko z jedna sasiednia prostokatna scianka. W obrebie jednego wierzcholka graniastoslupa usytuowanego po przeciwnej stronie wzgledem podstawy nosnika, jest wyciety otwór. Na powierzchni zewnetrznej nosnika jest naniesiony material reklamowy i/lub informacyjny. Siatka geometryczna szablonu przedstawiona jest na fig. 2a. Trójkaty stanowiace scianki boczne nosnika maja zaznaczone krawedzie wzdluz ich wysokosci. W celu zlozenia graniastoslupa do pozycji plaskiej, przedstawionej na fig.2c, wysuwa sie prostokatna podstawe nosnika oraz sklada trójkatne scianki wzdluz ich wysokosci. Wzór przemyslowy moze byc dodatkowo wykorzystany jako pojemnik na przybory pismienne, zwlaszcza olówki lub dlugopisy. The industrial design has two varieties, which are shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1a shows the design block template according to the first variety; Fig. 1b shows the design block template according to the first variety; Fig. 1c shows the flat form of the design according to the first variety; Fig. 1b shows the design block template according to the second variety; Fig. 2b shows the design block template according to the second variety; Fig. 2c shows the flat form of the design according to the second variety. List of industrial design varieties. 1. Advertising medium in the shape of a hexagonal prism 2. Advertising medium in the shape of a triangular prism According to the first variant shown in Fig. 1b, the medium has the shape of a hexagonal prism with an opening in the upper base. Advertising and/or information material is applied to the outer surface. The geometric grid of the template shown in Fig. 1a has eight side walls. Six walls are connected to each other, forming the side walls of the prism, while the two outermost walls are bent towards the interior of the prism, the last of which shares an edge with one of the bases. This base, on the opposite side, shares an edge with a wall to which, on the opposite side of this base, the second base is attached along one edge, and along the opposite edge, this base is attached to a side wall of the prism. To reinforce it, an additional wall shaped like this base is attached to the upper base. To fold the prism into a flat position, shown in Fig. 1c, the wall to which the bases are attached is extended outward so that the bases are parallel to the side wall. According to the second variant, shown in Fig. 2b, the carrier has the shape of a prism with an isosceles triangle base and elongated legs. The base of the carrier is a rectangular wall located between the bases of the isosceles triangles, sharing an edge with only one adjacent rectangular wall. A hole is cut out within one vertex of the prism, located on the opposite side of the carrier base. Advertising and/or informational material is printed on the outer surface of the carrier. The geometric grid of the template is shown in Fig. 2a. The triangles constituting the side walls of the carrier have edges marked along their height. To fold the prism into the flat position, shown in Fig. 2c, the rectangular base of the carrier is extended and the triangular walls are folded along their height. An industrial design can also be used as a container for writing implements, especially pencils or pens.
