- 1 - Nosnik reklamowo-informacyjny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nosnik reklamowo- informacyjny, przeznaczony do zamieszczania na nim materialu reklamowego i/lub informacyjnego, korzystnie w postaci nadruku lub naklejek. Obie wkladki, jak przedstawiono na fig. 4 do fig. 7 maja postac zaluzji skladajacej sie z listewek zachodzacych na siebie. Pomiedzy listewki wkladki nieruchomej wsuniete sa listewki wkladki ruchomej, jak przedstawiono na fig. 9 i fig.10. Na stronie wierzchniej wkladek naniesiony jest dowolny material reklamowy lub informacyjny, jak przykladowo pokazano na fig. 6 i fig. 7. Wkladka ruchoma zakonczona jest koncówka za pomoca której recznie przesuwa sie te wkladke w opakowaniu. W pozycji z wsunieta wkladka ruchoma, w oknie widoczna jest ilustracja naniesiona na te wkladke, jak pokazano na fig. 8, natomiast w pozycji z wysunieta wkladka ruchoma w oknie widoczna jest ilustracja naniesiona na wkladke nieruchoma. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustration, in which: fig. 1 shows the geometric grid of the industrial design template fig. 2 shows the industrial design in a position with a movable insert extended fig. 3 shows the industrial design in a position with a movable insert inserted fig. 4 shows the fixed insert from the bottom side fig. 5 shows the movable insert from the bottom side fig. 6 shows the fixed insert from the top side with an exemplary advertising material applied fig. 7 shows the movable insert from the top side with an exemplary advertising material applied fig. 8 shows the industrial design with an exemplary advertising material in a position with an inserted movable insert fig. 9 and fig. 10 shows the industrial design with an exemplary advertising material in a transitional position with a partially extended movable insert fig. 11 shows the industrial design with an exemplary advertising material in a position with an extended Movable insertThe advertising and information carrier according to the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 is made according to the template shown in Fig. 1 and consists of a flat package with a cut-out window and two inserts, one of which, shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 6, is permanently attached to the package, while the other insert, shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, is movably placed within the package. Both inserts, as shown in Fig. 4 to Fig. 7, have the form of a blind consisting of overlapping slats. The slats of the movable insert are inserted between the slats of the fixed insert, as shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 10. The top of the inserts may be printed with advertising or informational material, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. The movable insert has a tip that is used to manually move the insert within the package. When the movable insert is inserted, the illustration on the insert is visible in the window, as shown in Figure 8. When the movable insert is extended, the illustration on the fixed insert is visible in the window.
