PARKANEX/06/2010 1 Obudowa kominkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa kominkowa przeznaczona do instalacji ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych. Obudowa kominkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na zala- czonej ilustracji, na której przedstawiono widok od przodu obudowy kominko- wej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie i wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów obudowy kominkowej a zwlaszcza uksztaltowanie stalowej ramy wykonanej z czarnej stali lakierowanej na kolor grafitowy. Obudowa wykonana jest z czarnej blachy lakierowanej na kolor grafitowy. Po- siada ozdobne wstawki wykonane ze stali nierdzewnej szlifowanej. Pólka pod wkladem zostala wykonana z naturalnego czarnego granitu. The fireplace enclosure according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a front view of the fireplace enclosure. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape and relative positioning of the individual elements of the fireplace enclosure, particularly the shape of the steel frame made of black, graphite-painted steel. The enclosure is made of black, graphite-painted sheet metal. It has decorative inserts made of polished stainless steel. The shelf under the insert is made of natural black granite.
