Obudowa kominkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa kominkowa przeznaczona do instalacji ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych. Obudowa kominkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na zala- czonej ilustracji, na której przedstawiono dwie odmiany wzoru oznaczone odpo- wiednio Fig.1 i Fig.2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie i wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów obudowy kominkowej a zwlaszcza uksztaltowanie portalu wykonanego ze stali i szklanej ramy wykonanej z hartowanego szkla Obudowa kominkowa przedstawiona na Fig.1 wykonana jest ze stali nierdzew- nej szlifowanej zas szklana rama wykonana jest z hartowanego szkla. Odmiana obudowy kominkowej przedstawiona na Fig.2 ma stalowa rame wy- konana z czarnej stali lakierowanej na kolor brazowy zas szklana rama wyko- nana jest z hartowanego szkla i ozdobiona wzorem. The fireplace enclosure according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows two variants of the design marked Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, respectively. The fireplace enclosure according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a front view of the fireplace enclosure. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and relative positioning of the individual elements of the fireplace surround, particularly the shape of the portal made of steel and the glass frame made of tempered glass. The fireplace surround shown in Fig. 1 is made of polished stainless steel, while the glass frame is made of tempered glass. The fireplace surround variation shown in Fig. 2 has a steel frame made of black, brown-lacquered steel, while the glass frame is made of tempered glass and decorated with a pattern.
