Obudowa kominkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa kominkowa przeznaczona do instalacji ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych. Obudowa kominkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na zala- czonej ilustracji, na której przedstawiono widok od przodu obudowy kominko- wej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie i wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów obudowy kominkowej a zwlaszcza uksztaltowanie portalu wykonanego z kamienia i zlozonego z plaskich elementów pionowych i poziomych. Rama wykonana jest z polerowanych marmurów naturalnych MOCA CREME oraz SAINT LAURENT. Elementy ramy przestawione wzajemnie nadaja obu- dowie asymetryczny ksztalt. The industrial design is for a fireplace surround designed for heating residential and commercial spaces. The fireplace surround, as designed in the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a front view of the fireplace surround. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape and relative positioning of the individual elements of the fireplace surround, particularly the shape of the portal made of stone and composed of flat vertical and horizontal elements. The frame is made of polished natural marbles MOCA CREME and SAINT LAURENT. The offset frame elements give the surround an asymmetrical shape.
