Obudowa kominkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa kominkowa przeznaczona do instalacji ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych. Obudowa kominkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na zala- czonej ilustracji, na której przedstawiono widok przednio-boczny obudowy ko- minkowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie i wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów obudowy kominkowej a zwlaszcza uksztaltowanie portalu wykonanego z kamienia i zlozonego z plaskich elementów pionowych i poziomych. Fasada kominka wykonana jest z polerowanego kamienia naturalnego Capu- cino , przy czym czesc fasady powyzej blatu ma grubosc mniejsza od czesci dolnej ponizej pólki. Blat wykonany z polerowanego kamienia naturalnego Magmos ma dlugosc wieksza od szerokosci fasady i glebokosc wieksza od grubosci fasady. PL PLFireplace surround. The industrial design is for a fireplace surround intended for heating residential and commercial spaces. The fireplace surround, as designed in the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a front-side view of the fireplace surround. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape and relative positioning of the individual elements of the fireplace surround, particularly the shape of the portal made of stone and composed of flat vertical and horizontal elements. The fireplace façade is made of polished natural Capucino stone, with the portion of the façade above the countertop being thinner than the lower portion below the shelf. The countertop, made of polished natural Magmos stone, is longer than the width of the façade and deeper than the thickness of the façade.
