Obudowa kominkowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa kominkowa przeznaczona do instalacji ogrzewania pomieszczen mieszkalnych i uzytkowych. Obudowa kominkowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na zala- czonej ilustracji, na której przedstawiono widok przednio-boczny obudowy ko- minkowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie i wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych elementów obudowy kominkowej a zwlaszcza uksztaltowanie czolowej ramy kominka wykonanej z kamienia i zlozonej z plaskich elementów pionowych usytuowanych w jednej plaszczyznie, oraz uksztaltowanie skrzyni kominka. Czolowa rama kominka wykonana jest z polerowanego granitu Nero Assoluto, ozdobionego dekorem we wzorze „Manhattan" oraz aplikacjami z polerowanej stali szlachetnej. Wklad kominkowy obramowany jest przyslonami z granitu Nero Assoluto. Skrzynia kominka w ksztalcie wysmuklego prostopadloscianu wykonana jest z plyt gipsowo wlóknowych Fermacell. PLThe industrial design covers a fireplace enclosure designed for heating residential and commercial spaces. The fireplace enclosure, as designed in the industrial design, is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a front-side view of the fireplace enclosure. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape and relative positioning of the individual elements of the fireplace enclosure, particularly the shape of the front frame of the fireplace, made of stone and composed of flat vertical elements arranged in a single plane, as well as the shape of the fireplace box. The front frame of the fireplace is made of polished Nero Assoluto granite, decorated with a "Manhattan" pattern and polished stainless steel appliqués. The fireplace insert is framed with Nero Assoluto granite surrounds. The fireplace box, in the shape of a slender cuboid, is made of Fermacell gypsum fiberboard. PL
