The new and unique characteristics of the packaging, according to the industrial design, are manifested in its shape, ornamentation, and color scheme. All design variations are characterized by the fact that they constitute a cube, in which the left and right walls are square, while the remaining walls and base are in the shape of an elongated rectangle. In all design variations, the right side of the packaging is yellow and features an ornament in the form of a geometric figure resembling a red flag. In all design variations, the left side of the packaging is divided into two parts, the upper part of which has a yellow background and the same ornament as the right side of the packaging. The background of the lower part of the left side of the packaging is a different color than the upper part and contains a verbal and graphic element. This element contains a border consisting of two two-color lines running parallel at the top and bottom of the element. The ends of the top border line curve downward, while the ends of the bottom border line curve upward. The color of the lines on their inner sides is white, while the color on the outer sides is a shade lighter than the background color. Between the border lines, in the upper right corner of the area defined by these lines, is a geometric figure in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, colored white. Essential features of the sixth variant of the packaging according to the industrial design: - the packaging is a cube in which the left and right walls are square, while the remaining walls and the base are in the shape of an elongated rectangle, - the right wall of the packaging is yellow and has an ornament in the form of a geometric figure resembling a flag, in red, - the left wall of the packaging is divided in colour into two parts, of which the upper part has a yellow background and the same ornament as the right wall of the packaging, - the lower part of the left wall of the packaging has a purple background and contains a word-graphic element, - the word-graphic element of the lower part of the left wall of the packaging has a frame consisting of two two-colour lines running parallel at the top and bottom of the element; the ends of the upper line of the frame are curved downwards, while the ends of the lower line of the frame are curved upwards; the colour of the lines on their inner side is white, while the colour on the outer side is light purple; between the frame lines, in the upper right-hand corner of the area delimited by these lines, there is a geometric figure in the shape of a rectangle with rounded white corners; this figure is framed at the top and bottom by orange lines; this figure contains the inscription "MIX" in orange; the remaining part of the area delimited by the upper and lower frame lines is occupied by the inscription "Barebki zdrowe", in which the word "zadrowe" is placed under the word "Barebki"; this inscription is in white, and each of the letters in this inscription is outlined with a black line, - the upper and lower base and the front and back walls of the packaging are divided into three colour parts; the left and right parts have a yellow background, while the middle part has a purple background; the right part also has the same ornament as the right wall of the packaging, - the upper and lower bases and the front wall of the packaging have in the left part an ornament in the form of images of various types of fruit decorated with leaves, 29- in the middle part, the upper and lower bases and the front wall of the packaging contain a verbal and graphic element, - the verbal and graphic element of the middle part of the three side walls has a frame consisting of two two-coloured lines running parallel at the top and bottom of the element; the ends of the upper border line are curved downwards in an arc, while the ends of the lower border line are curved upwards in an arc; the colour of the lines on their inner side is white, while the colour on their outer side is light purple; the bottom line is broken, and where the break is placed there is the inscription "tight, reusable" in white; between the frame lines, on the right side of the area defined by these lines, there is a geometric figure in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, in white; this figure is framed at the top and bottom with light blue lines; within this figure there is the inscription "MIX" in orange; adjacent to this figure at the bottom is another figure in a shape close to a rectangle, in light orange; the bottom corners of this figure are rounded and the top corners are pulled upwards; within this figure there is the inscription "20pcs." in purple; this inscription is in a smaller font than the inscription "MIX"; in the left part of the area defined by the top and bottom frame lines there is the inscription "String bags"; this inscription is in white, and each letter in this inscription is outlined with a black line - the back wall of the packaging has an arrangement of graphic elements and inscriptions rotated transversely in relation to the elements on the front wall and on the lower and upper bases, - in the left part there is a word-graphic element in the form of a geometric figure similar to a rectangle with rounded corners in the background colour; at the top and bottom, this figure has a frame in the colour of the central part of the packaging, and in the central part of this figure there is the inscription "5 sizes" in the same colour, - the remaining part of the surface of the left part of the back wall of the packaging and the entire central part of the back wall of the packaging are covered with inscriptions, divided thematically into two parts, namely a part concerning the description of the beneficial features of the product contained in the packaging and a part concerning the instructions for use of the product; these inscriptions are arranged in points; the main points are marked with bullet points in the form of a stylized drawing of a hand with fingers arranged in the "OK" sign; the remaining points are marked with dots, 30 - the inscriptions in the left part of the packaging are in italics in black and red, while in the middle part of the packaging the inscriptions are in italics in white in the main points and in yellow in the remaining points. this inscription is in white, and each of the letters in this inscription is outlined with a black line, - the upper and lower base and the front and back walls of the packaging are divided in colour into three parts; the left and right parts have a yellow background, while the middle part has a purple background; the right part also has the same ornament as the right wall of the packaging, 31- the upper and lower bases and the front wall of the packaging have in their left part an ornament in the form of an image of strawberry fruit and an illustration schematically showing the method of closing the bags contained in the packaging, the edge of the bag being made in orange and the closing zipper being blue, - in the middle part, the upper and lower bases and the front wall of the packaging contain a word-graphic element, - the element of the middle part of the three side walls contains a frame consisting of two two-colour lines running parallel at the top and bottom of the element; the ends of the upper border line are curved downwards, while the ends of the lower border line are curved upwards; the colour of the lines on their inner side is white, while the colour on the outer side is light purple; the bottom line is broken, and where the break is broken there is an inscription "with a convenient, tight closure" in white; between the frame lines, on the right side of the area defined by these lines, there is a white geometric figure in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners; this figure is framed at the top and bottom by green lines; this figure contains the inscription "MIX" in green; adjacent to this figure at the bottom is another figure in a shape close to a rectangle, in light green; the lower corners of this figure are rounded and the upper corners are stretched upwards; this figure contains the inscription "9 pcs." in purple; this inscription is in a smaller font than the inscription "MIX"; in the left part of the area defined by the top and bottom lines of the frame there is an inscription "Bags with a zipper"; this inscription is in white, and each of the letters in this inscription is outlined with a black line, - the back wall of the packaging has an arrangement of graphic elements and inscriptions rotated transversely in relation to the elements on the front wall and on the bottom and top base, - in the left part there is a word-graphic element in the form of a geometric figure similar to a rectangle with rounded corners in the background colour; at the top and bottom, this figure has a frame in the color of the central part of the packaging, in the central part of this figure there is an inscription "3 sizes" in the same color, - the remaining part of the surface of the left part of the back wall of the packaging and the entire central part of the back wall of the packaging are covered with inscriptions, divided thematically into two 32 parts, namely the part concerning the description of the beneficial features of the product contained in the package and the part concerning the instructions for use of the product;
