Fotel naroznikowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fotel naroznikowy. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.1 przedstawia fotel - w widoku od przodu, a fig.2 - fotel - - w widoku z boku. Cechy Istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Oparcie fotela wedlug wzoru sklada sie, w tylnej czesci, z dwu zestawionych wzajemnie ze soba, pod katem prostym, prostopadlosciennych elementów, przy czym, w przedniej czesci, oba elementy oparcia wylozone sa poducha stanowiaca jedna calosc wraz z tylnimi elementami, pokryta wspólnym obi- ciem tapicerskim i, przy czym, w widoku z przodu, oparcie ma ksztalt usytu-2 owanej poziomo litery C z brzuszkiem zwróconym, w czesci srodkowej, w kierunku tylnej czesci oparcia. - Siedzisko fotela wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt przypominajacy ksztalt splaszczo- nego walca usytuowanego pionowo, którego obie podstawy maja ksztalt elipsy. - Zarówno zewnetrzne sciany oparcia jak i zewnetrzna, przednia sciana siedzis ka fotela wedlug wzoru posiadaja waleczkowe stebnowania, przy czym steb- nowania oparcia usytuowane sa pionowo, w przyblizeniu, w srodkowej czesci bocznych scian oparcia, rozdzielajac je na dwie czesci i przechodza owalnie, w górnej czesci, na górna sciane oparcia i polaczone sa tym samym waleczko wym stebnowaniem stanowiacym zwienczenie bocznych stebnowan, przy czym górne, zwienczajace stebnowanie ma ksztalt litery C zwróconej brzusz- kiem w kierunku ku tylnej czesci oparcia. Natomiast waleczkowe stebnowa- nie przedniej sciany siedziska usytuowane jest poziomo i równolegle do obu eliptycznych podstaw: górnej i dolnej, splaszczonego walca stanowiacego siedzisko fotela wedlug wzoru. - Wszystkie zewnetrzne krawedzie oparcia i siedziska fotela wedlug wzoru maja owalne wykonczenia ( fig. 1 i 2 ).3 Fi g . 14 Fig. 2 PL PLCorner Armchair The subject of the industrial design is a corner armchair. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the armchair - a front view, and Fig. 2 - the armchair - a side view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design - The backrest of the armchair, according to the design, consists, in the rear section, of two cuboid elements juxtaposed at right angles to each other, wherein, in the front section, both backrest elements are lined with a cushion constituting a single unit together with the rear elements, covered with a common upholstery, and wherein, in the front view, the backrest has the shape of a horizontally oriented letter C with the belly turned, in the middle, towards the rear of the backrest. - The seat of the armchair, according to the pattern, has a shape resembling that of a flattened, vertical cylinder, the two bases of which are ellipses. - Both the outer walls of the backrest and the outer, front wall of the seat of the armchair, according to the pattern, have roller stitching, with the backrest stitching being located vertically, approximately in the middle of the side walls of the backrest, separating them into two parts, and extending ovally, in the upper part, to the upper wall of the backrest and connected by the same roller stitching constituting the culmination of the side stitching, with the upper, crowning stitching having the shape of the letter C, with its belly turned towards the rear of the backrest. The roller stitching of the front wall of the seat is positioned horizontally and parallel to both elliptical bases: the upper and lower, flattened cylinder that constitutes the seat of the chair according to the pattern. - All outer edges of the backrest and seat of the chair according to the pattern have oval finishes (Fig. 1 and 2).3 Fig. 14 Fig. 2 PL PL
