Karafka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karafka do przechowywania plynnych produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza alkoholu, korzystnie wykonana ze szkla. Carafe The object of the industrial design is a carafe for storing liquid food products, especially alcohol, preferably made of glass.

Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac karafki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz materiale, z którego zostala wykonana. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the decanter, which is reflected in its shape and the material from which it was made.

Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia karafke w widoku z przodu lub z tylu; fig. 2 - ta sama karafke w widoku z jednego z boków fig. 3 - ta sama karafke w widoku od spodu; fig. 4 - ta sama karafke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - ta sama karafke w widoku perspektywicznym. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which: fig. 1 - shows the decanter in front or back view; Fig. 2 shows the same decanter in a view from one side; fig. 3 the same decanter in a view from below; Fig. 4 shows the same decanter in top view, Fig. 5 shows the same decanter in perspective view.

Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Karafka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 5 ma w widoku z boku ksztalt prostokata, zwezajacego sie - w okolo 3/4 wysokosci karafki - ku górze, a nastepnie nieznacznie rozszerzajacego sie, tworzac w ten sposób szyjke karafki. Significant features of the industrial design: The decanter shown in Figs. 1 to 5 has a rectangular shape in side view, tapering - about 3/4 of the height of the decanter - towards the top and then slightly widening, thus forming the neck of the decanter.

Szyjka jest u góry zaopatrzona w okragly otwór wylotowy o znacznie mniejszej srednicy, niz podstawa karafki, natomiast o nieco wiekszej srednicy niz srednicaszyjki w najwezszym miejscu. U góry, wokól otworu wylotowego, zewnetrzne obrzeze szyjki karafki jest zaopatrzone w nadlew. The neck has a circular outlet at the top, with a much smaller diameter than the base of the decanter, but slightly larger than the diameter of the neck at the narrowest point. At the top, around the outlet, the outer rim of the decanter neck is provided with a sprue.

Obydwa przeciwlegle boki karafki sa asymetryczne i zaopatrzone w uklad dwóch rombów, stykajacych sie ze soba wierzcholkami. Plaszczyzny rombów sa nachylone pod katem wzgledem siebie oraz wzgledem boków na których sie znajduja, powodujac skrecony ksztalt karafki. Both opposite sides of the decanter are asymmetrical and have a system of two diamonds, with their tops touching each other. The faces of the diamonds are inclined at an angle to each other and to their sides, resulting in a twisted shape of the decanter.

Powieizchnia dwóch pozostalych przeciwleglych scianek karafki jest plaska, przy czym ich boki maja w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt lamanej linii o dwóch wierzcholkach, stanowiacych rogi rombów znajdujacyc h sie na sasiedniej sciance. The surface of the two other opposite sides of the decanter is flat, with their sides in the front and rear view having the shape of a broken line with two points, constituting the corners of the diamonds on the adjacent wall.

Boczne krawedzie scianki czolowej nie pokrywaja sie z bocznymi krawedziami scianki tylnej karafki. Natomiast boczne krawedzie scianki czolowej sa wzgledem siebie symetryczne, podobnie - boczne krawedzie scianki tylnej. The side edges of the faceplate do not align with the side edges of the decanter back wall. On the other hand, the side edges of the front wall are symmetrical to each other, as are the side edges of the back wall.

Podstawa karafki ma ksztalt kwadratu. The base of the decanter is square.

W widoku z góry i z dolu karafka ma ksztalt kwadratu, przy czym jego dwa naprzeciwlegle boki zbiegaja sie w kierunku srodka i sa zaopatrzone w nadlewy w ksztalcie dwóch trójkatów prostokatnych stykajacych sie wierzcholkami.
