Dekoracja w ksztalcie ksiazki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dekoracja w ksztalcie ksiazki i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania w nich w szczególnosci zniczy nagrobnych, swiec i kaganków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.l i fig.la, natomiast fig.2 i fig.2a - przedstawiaja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, przy czym fig.l i fig.2 przedstawiaja dekoracje i jej odmiane w widoku z góry, natomiast fig.la i fig.2a przedstawiaja dekoracje i jej odmiane w widoku perspektywicznym. Wyka z odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) dekoracja w ksztalcie ksiazki - fig. 1 i fig. 1 a, 2) dekoracja w ksztalcie ksiazki z wycietym otworem - fig.2 i fig.2a. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a present its next form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the decoration and its variant from a top view, while Fig. 1a and Fig. 2a show the decoration and its variant from a perspective view. List of the variants of the industrial design: 1) book-shaped decoration - Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, 2) book-shaped decoration with a cut-out opening - Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a. An important feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a - a decoration in the shape of a book - is that: - it is an element whose lower outline resembles a quadrangle, and the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises essentially vertically upwards, creating a bulge resembling a plinth, and this element in shape resembles an unfolded book, wherein - on the surface of its upper pages, in their upper, outer corners, a decorative, fanciful motif is placed, while - at the bottom of the pages, a rose is placed, and - above the end of its stem there is the inscription "SP" - at the bottom of the book, a protruding bookmark strip is visible. An important feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a - a decoration in the shape of a book with a cut-out hole - is that: - it is an element whose lower outline resembles a quadrangle, and the surface of this element, above its lower edge, rises essentially vertically upwards, creating a bulge resembling a plinth, and this element's shape resembles an unfolded book, wherein - on the surface of its upper pages, in their upper, outermost corners, a decorative, fanciful motif is placed, while - at the bottom of the pages, a rose is placed, and - above the end of its stem there is an inscription - at the bottom of the book, a protruding bookmark strip is visible, - in this element, centrally - between the decorative elements of the pages - a round hole is made.
