Znany jest sposób wytwarzania tkaniny specznionej, w którym silnie skrecone przedze o skrecie nadkrytycznym wynoszacym 1200 do 2200 skretów/m, sa stosowane do tkania tkaniny stanowiac jej watek. Okreslenie „przeedza syntetyczna" oznacza tu zarówno przedze z wlókien pochodzenia calko¬ wicie syntetycznego, np. tereftalenu polietylowego, jak i przedze z wlókien czesto zwanych pocho¬ dzenia pólsyntetycznegp, zwlaszcza z celulozy regenerowanej. Stosujac sposób wedlug wynalazku wykoanuje sie nastepujace operacje. Najpierw wytwarza sie przedze kombinowana z normalnym skrtetem. Sposób wedlug wynalazku wymaga tylko niewiele operacji zwlaszcza operacji przedzenia, w której stosuje sie konwencjonalna liczbe przedzy, bez potrzeby stosowania specjalnych urzadzen. Ponadto sposób wedlug wynalazku umozliwia wytwarzanie tkaniny o zadanej dokladnej szerokosci i majacej wstepnie okreslona grubosc specznienia.Sposób wedlug wynalazku zostanie wyjsniony na nizej opisanych przykladach.Przyklad I. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL The present invention relates to a method of producing a swelled or creped woven or knitted fabric, formed by weaving or treating synthetic fibers or a mixture of synthetic and natural fibres. /m, are used to weave the fabric, constituting its weft. During weaving, two warps of different tension can be used, obtained from yarns made of fibers with different shrinkage. The disadvantage of this known method is low efficiency and worse properties of the yarn revealed during rewinding and weaving. Another disadvantage is the inevitable disadvantage of wrinkling. resulting from the tangling of highly twisted yarns, and the need to pre-steam the yarn. It is impossible to make a fabric with a fixed width. In addition, the resulting swelling effects are unstable when the fabric is subjected to a temperature greater than 100°C during washing, use and ironing. An alternative to this artificial deflation can be chemical speculation methods. One of the known ways to obtain fabrics with a speckled or creped effect is to apply concentrated sodium hydroxide to the fabric, generally using the caustic printing technique, especially for selected fabric applications. This process can only be used on 100% cotton fabrics. In another US Pat. , dissolved in methylene, ethylene or propylene glycol, are applied to the fabric, which is then subjected to steaming, rinsing of these compounds and drying. This process can be applied to polyvinyl alcohol yarn fabrics. In yet another chemical crepe method known from JPA 23709, which is however only applicable to polyester yarn fabrics, the fabric is treated with naphthol derivatives having a melting point higher than 90°C. .2 139712 The disadvantage of these chemical creping methods is the need for a whole series of operations, the occurrence of damage to the equipment when aggressive chemicals are applied, requiring frequent replacement of parts. of greater volatility. The disadvantage of this process is the need to perform a large number of operations if you want to obtain a fabric with a uniform creping effect. Yet another way of creping fabrics is known from the Bulgarian copyright certificate No. 25685, in which the fabric is made of high linear density yarn made of synthetic fibers woven with a satin weave and scratched on one side, and then fixed at a temperature of 170-185°C. The disadvantage of this process is the limited range of products produced and no change in the texture of the creping effect. weaving or knitting using combination and classic worsted yarns or only combination core worsted yarns with normal twists, the combined core worsted yarns having a core of high shrink synthetic fibers having a shrinkage of 10 to 80% in hot air at 200°C, and their core wrapped nature synthetic staple fibers or a mixture of chopped and natural fibers, and then the resulting woven or knitted fabric is subjected to heat treatment. Combined core worsted yarns are a weft or warp or both weft and warp, and their amount is 10 to 100% of the total amount of yarn in a woven or knitted fabric. The heat treatment of finishing the woven or knitted fabric is carried out at a temperature of 60 to 250°C, for 30 s to 40 minutes. The heat treatment is carried out in water at a temperature of 80 to 250°C for 30 s up to 30 minutes, or in superheated steam at a temperature of 100 to 200°C for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. fibers often called of semi-synthetic origin, especially from regenerated cellulose. By using the method according to the invention, it is possible to obtain a woven or knitted fabric in the form of a crepe y, grooved or crinkled, or a fabric with a uniform expansion. The fabric produced by the method according to the invention is suitable for the production of clothing, including outer garments, for decorative and technical purposes, e.g. for precise filtration of gases and liquids, and for the production of electrically insulating tapes. In the method according to the invention, the following operations are carried out. First, a combination yarn with a normal twist is made. Generally, the core of the yarn is wrapped with natural, synthetic fibers or a mixture of synthetic and natural fibers. Preferably, the yarn has a core of fibrous synthetic material wrapped by staple natural or synthetic fibers or fiber blends. The yarn used in this preferred case has a core of synthetic fibers with a shrinkage of 10 to 80% in hot air at 200°C, ie when heat treated. Natural or synthetic fibers or mixtures thereof may be used to produce the staple fibres. The yarn thus produced is knitted or woven using only weft or weft. Combination yarn can also be used for warp and weft. Thanks to this, it is possible to run the process only with combined worsted yarn or a mixture of combined and classic worsted yarn. In general, the thread count of worsted combination yarn in the fabric may be in the order of 10 to 100% of the total number of yarns in the worsted yarn. At the end of the process, the fabric is heat treated. The heat treatment can be carried out by the use of hot air, water, steam, ultrasonic technology or a combination of these heating methods. The temperatures used in the heat treatment process range from 60 to 250°C and the process can take from 30 seconds to 40 minutes. In the process where water is used, the temperature ranges from 80 to 100°C and the treatment time ranges from 1 to 40 minutes. In the air process, the temperature is 80 to 250°C for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Water, steam or superheated steam can generally be used at 80 to 200°C for 30 seconds to 30 minutes. The heat treatment is carried out after the fabric has been knitted or woven, and then the fabric is preferably stored in a loose state. can be achieved in a highly efficient manner requiring only a few operations. There is no need for additional chemicals and the process is the same regardless of the types of fibers used to make the yarn from which the weaving is made and the type of weaving desired. conventional number of yarns, without the need for special equipment. This process can be applied to different types of yarns, thus expanding the range of fabrics to be spun. There is no need to use aggressive chemicals, which usually need to be regenerated, and whose use generally leads to the contamination of a significant amount of water. The bulking effects obtained by the method of the invention are stable during subsequent processes such as washing, ironing and use of the garment. In addition, the method of the invention allows the production of a fabric of a predetermined exact width and predetermined thickness of swell. The method of the invention will be elucidated by the examples described below. % cotton, using a ring shriveling machine with a capacity per shriveling head of 0.019 kg/h. The result is a 30 tex combined worsted yarn with a twist of 750 twists/m. The classic 30 tex yarn with a normal twist of 750 twists/m is made from a staple fiber blend of 50% cellulose and 50% cotton by ring dividing with a capacity per head of 0.014 kg/h. This yarn was wound and steamed in an autoclave at temperatures from 102 to 105°C. The fabric was woven on an STB 2/6 shuttleless weaving machine under the following conditions: reed 100, reed width 109.5 cm, thread count (number of threads) /dm), in the raw state: warp 157. Weft 150, cheaply finished: warp 210, weft 180, total number of warp threads 1593, fabric selvedges 52, thread number 30 tex, woven 5%, weight (g/m2) Raw: Warp 50.3, Weft 41.0, Total Weight: Raw 94.0g/m2, Finished 133g/m2, Plain Weave - Width (cm): Raw 100, Finished 75-77 breaking strength (dN): in the raw state - warp 22, weft 15, in the finished state - warp 25 - 30, weft 16. The weft used according to the invention is 25% combined worsted yarn and 75% classical yarn. During the weaving operation these yarns are arranged so as to form alternating strips (strips) along the weft of combination yarns only and respectively only classic yarns, and the ratio between the widths of these strips (strips) from different weft yarns is 25:75. The raw fabric thus produced was treated with 2 g/l of α-amylase 250 AF at 40-50°C and then left for more than 60 minutes. The fabric was then rinsed with an aqueous solution of 2.5 g/l Veritol (alkyl phenol ethoxylate) detergent and 3 g/l soda ash at 40-50°C for 10 minutes and subjected to a pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2. Then the wet fabric, according to the invention, was subjected to a heat treatment process in a thermal chamber at temperatures of 180-190°C for more than 2 minutes. For this purpose, the fabric was heated loosely stored. The produced fabric has a surface effect caused by heat shrinkage of the core of high-shrinkage polyester yarn of combined worsted yarns. The fabric produced according to the invention has stripes along the weft according to the conditions of the arrangement of the two types of weft yarns as indicated above. Belts or belts containing combination yarns are uniformly specified and the effect is achieved by a low-shrink wrapping of a high-shrinkage core while belts or belts containing low-shrinkage yarns are uniformly spaced side-by-side within the belts.B. The procedure of Example 1A was repeated, however, with the difference that the weft yarns for making the fabric according to the invention were 50% combined worsted yarn and 50% classic yarn, in which the ratio between the width of the strips or bands along the weft was 50:50. The fabric produced had an external appearance similar to the fabric of Example 1A except that the strips or bands were of the same width. according to the invention, they contain 75% of combined worsted yarn and 25% of classic yarn. The ratio between the widths of the belts or tapes along the weft was 75:25. The resulting fabric had an external appearance similar to that of Example 1A. Using the procedure of Example 1, if necessary by varying the combination ratio between the number of combination and classic yarns, the weave pattern could be adjusted to produce a fabric with the desired appearance. Example II. The procedure of Example 1 was repeated with the difference that when weaving along the weft and partly along the warp, the classic yarn was replaced by a dyed classic worsted yarn. Another difference from the procedure of Example 1 was that the classic weft yarn was not pre-steamed. Another difference was that the fabric was treated with sodium hypochlorite in a cold room prior to heat treatment. The fabric produced was striped, and the strips or bands formed along the weft according to the invention had an appearance similar to the fabric of Example I. Example III. The procedure of Example 1 was repeated again with the difference that prior to the final heat treatment the fabric was bleached with a solution of sodium hypochlorite in cold and then rinsed in an open washing machine at 40°C. The fabric thus produced had an external appearance similar to that of Example I. Example IV. The procedure of Example 1 was repeated once more with the difference that a combined worsted yarn was made by wrapping a core of polyester (silk) yarn, a blend of chopped fibers containing 67% polyester and 33% cellulose. Another difference was that the classic worsted warp and weft yarn was made from a staple fiber blend of 67% polyester and 33% cellulose. Yet another difference was that the classic weft yarn was not pre-steamed. The naturally produced white fabric had the same appearance as the takani of Example 1. Example 5 The procedure of Example 4 was repeated except that the classic weft yarn and some warp yarn were replaced by the desired classic worsted yarn. The fabric thus produced was striped and had an external appearance similar to that of Example II. Example VI. The procedure of Example 4 was repeated once more with the difference that after weaving the fabric was immersed in an aqueous solution containing reactive disperse dyes. This solution contained 25 g/l Furon blue SZR, 15 g/l Remazol blue and 20 g/l sodium carbonate. The fabric was then dried at about 140°C, heat set at about 200°C, then rinsed at about 35-40°C and dried at about 170°C. The resulting fabric was uniformly colored and had an external appearance similar to that of Example IV. Example VII. The procedure of Example 1 was repeated but with the difference that the combined worsted yarn used was wound from 100% polyester fibers and was used for both the warp and the warp. The thickness of the weft yarn was 28X2tex and that of the warp yarn was 83tex. The weaving process used is described in the Bulgarian author's certificate No. 25685 and was carried out under the following conditions: reed: 78/4, reed width 178 cm, total number of warp threads: 5488, selvedges, 26, yarn: 10 X 2 tex, woven 7% , weave: seven-strand atlas. After thermal swelling in the process described in example 1, the fabric obtained had a uniform swelling and was suitable for filtration of liquids and gases. The fabric had the parameters shown in the table.139712 Table Parameters 1 green weight (g/m): warp finished weft: warp weft total finished weight (g/m) tensile strength (dN) in the raw state warp weft finished weft warp air permeability at 20mm H20/m3/m2 sec1 Example VII 2 not increased 165.0 360.2 198.0 432.0 526.0(388 g /m2 630.0 (486 m/gm:) 300-340 260-300 280-320 250-280 0.290-0.340 Bulgarian Author's Certificate No. 25685 3 increased 165.0 360.2 — — 526 (388g/m2) 571, 1 (435g/m²) — — 250-290 210-250 0.210-0.260 Claims 1.
