Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta na czekolade. Etykieta charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana jej przez ksztalt, kolorystyke i ornamentacje. Etykieta bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostokata. W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie logo GOPLANA 1912. Na dole etykiety znajduje sie napis informujacy o smaku i rodzaju czekolady w jezyku angielskim HAZELNUTS. Powyzej znajduja sie kostki czekolady oraz dodatki smakowe w postaci orzechów laskowych, a nad nimi informacja o rodzaju czekolady w jezyku polskim CZEKOLADA MLECZNA Z ORZECHAMI. The label features a new and unique form, defined by its shape, colors, and ornamentation. The label is rectangular. The GOPLANA 1912 logo is located at the top of the label. At the bottom of the label is an inscription in English: HAZELNUTS, indicating the flavor and type of chocolate. Above it are chocolate cubes and hazelnut flavorings, and above them, information about the chocolate type in Polish: CZEKOLADA MLECZNA Z ORZECHAMI (MILK CHOCOLA WITH NUTS). The industrial design is shown in Fig. 1. A variation of the industrial design is the label shown in Fig. 1, which bears the inscription: CZEKOLADA MLECZNA NADZIWANA TOFFI (MILK CHOCOLA FILLED WITH TOFFEE), and next to the chocolate cubes are toffee candies. This variation is shown in figure 2. A variation of the industrial design is the label according to figure 1, which bears the inscription MILK CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH LIQUEUR-TRUFFLE, and next to chocolate cubes there are truffles and a glass of liqueur. This variation is shown in figure 3. A variation of the industrial design is the label according to figure 1, which bears the inscription MILK CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH LIQUEUR-COCONUT, and next to chocolate cubes there is a coconut and a glass of liqueur. This variation is shown in figure 4. A variation of the industrial design is the label according to figure 1, which bears the inscription MILK CHOCOLATE FILLED WITH NUT, and next to chocolate cubes there are hazelnuts and a nut cream. This variation is shown in figure 5. A variation of the industrial design is the label according to figure 1, which bears the inscription MILK CHOCOLATE WITH COCONUT SHRIMPS MALAYSIA and next to chocolate cubes there is a coconut and coconut shreds. This variation is shown in figure 6. A variation of the industrial design is the label according to figure 1, which bears the inscription ALPEAN MILK CHOCOLATE and next to chocolate cubes there are milk chocolate shreds. This variation is shown in figure 7. A variation of the industrial design is the label according to figure 1, which bears the inscription MILK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE WHITE AND BLACK and next to chocolate cubes there are milk and white chocolate shreds.
