Etykieta Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta na praliny. Etykieta charakteryzuje sie nowa i indywidualna postacia, nadana je j przez ksztalt, kolorystyke i ornamentacje. Etykieta bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostokata. W górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie logo GOPLANA 1912. Na dole etykiety znajduje sie napis informujacy o smaku i rodzaju pralin w jezyku angielskim. Powyzej znajduja sie dwie praliny oraz dodatki smakowe w postaci migdalów, a nad nimi informacja o rodzaju pralin w jezyku polskim PRALINKI NADZIEWANE MARCEPANOWE. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig.l. Odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta wg. fig. 1, która opatrzona jest napisem PRALINKI NADZIEWANE KARMELOWE i obok pralinek znajduje sie karmel. Odmiana ta jest przedstawiona na rysunku - fig.2. PL PLThe industrial design is for a praline label. The label features a new and unique form, defined by its shape, colors, and ornamentation. The label is rectangular. The GOPLANA 1912 logo is located at the top of the label. At the bottom of the label is an inscription in English about the flavor and type of praline. Above it are two pralines and flavorings in the form of almonds, and above them, information about the praline type in Polish: "FILLED MARZIPAN PRALINES." The industrial design is shown in Figure 1. A variation of the industrial design is the label shown in Figure 1, which bears the inscription "FILLED CARAMEL PRALINES" and has caramel next to the pralines. This variation is shown in Figure 2. A variation of the industrial design is the label shown in Figure 1, which bears the inscription "Liqueur-Truffle Filled Pralines" and next to the pralines are truffles and a glass of liqueur. This variation is shown in Figure 3. A variation of the industrial design is the label shown in Figure 1, which bears the inscription "Rum Filled Pralines" and next to the pralines is a glass of rum. This variation is shown in Figure 4.
