Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mechanizm kopiowania terenu w zgrabiarce, który umożliwia dostosowywanie się układu roboczego zależnie od ukształtowania pokonywanej nawierzchni. Mechanizm kopiowania terenu w zgrabiarce, w którym przechył układu roboczego poprzeczny ustalany jest grubością ograniczników (4) kopiowania, zaś przechył układu roboczego wzdłużny ustalany jest rozmiarem łezki w płytce ogranicznika kopiowania (4), charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada krzyżak (2), w którym osie przechyłu poprzecznego oraz wzdłużnego (Ow) przecinają się wzajemnie, zaś punkt przecięcia osi (OO) jest nieruchomy niezależnie od obrotu którejkolwiek z nich. Krzyżak (2) posiada otwór na demontowalny sworzeń kopiowania poprzecznego (3) z zespolonymi koncentrycznie sworzniami kopiowania wzdłużnego (10) oraz wkładki kopiowania (4), które przymocowane są śrubami z obu jego stron. Mechanizm kopiowania posiada uchwyt cięgna kopiowania, do którego za pomocą sworzni cięgna przymocowane jest cięgno kopiowania wzdłużnego (5), przy czym uchwyt, zabezpieczony jest za pomocą nakrętki koronowej.
