LAMP A WISZACA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa wiszaca, zwlaszcza do wnetrz o charakterze mieszkalnym, biurowym lub innych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie oraz po- szczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi lampa wiszaca w osmiu odmianach: Odmiana 1 - Lampa z elementami kompozycyjnymi stanowiacymi zestaw róznie ulozonych detali podobnych do styli- zowanej litery „C", lub jej czesci. Odmiana 2 - Lampa z elementami kompozycyjnymi o sylwetkach podobnych do stylizowanego ornamentu geometrycz- nego. Odmiana 3 - Lampa z elementami kompozycyjnymi o sylwetkach podobnych do stylizowanego ornamentu geometrycz- nego ze swiecznikami. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in its shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The industrial design consists of a hanging lamp in eight varieties: Variation 1 - A lamp with compositional elements constituting a set of differently arranged details similar to a stylized letter "C" or parts thereof. Variation 2 - A lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes similar to a stylized geometric ornament. Variation 3 - A lamp with compositional elements with silhouettes similar to a stylized geometric ornament with candlesticks. Variation 4 - A lamp with compositional elements constituting a set of non-perpendicularly arranged details similar to a stylized letter "S" with candlesticks. The hanging lamp is characterized in that it has a bowl in the lower part, above which there are compositional elements similar to a stylized geometric ornament resulting from a combination of forms resembling various geometric or letter forms, arranged on a triangular plane, provided with fastening details and releasably joined as a mirror image with a centrally placed column having a bowl, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 13 and the attached photograph fig. 14 to fig. 24. The hanging lamp in variant 1 is characterized in that above the bowl, there are compositional elements constituting a set of differently arranged details based on an obtuse triangle, similar to a stylized letter "C" in the vertical segment, fragments of the letter "C" in the base, and are provided with fastening parts, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 2 and fig. 4 and the photograph fig. 16. The hanging lamp in variant 1 is characterized by the fact that it has compositional elements constituting a set of differently arranged details based on an obtuse triangle, similar to a stylized letter "C" in the vertical segment, fragments of the letter "C" provided with pendants, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 3 and the attached photograph Fig. 17. The lamp in variant 2 is characterized by the fact that above the bowl there are compositional elements similar to a stylized geometric ornament created from a combination of forms resembling the letters "S", "C", "E" and a circle, arranged on the plane of an obtuse triangle and as a set resembling a standing figure supporting itself on the tail of a fantastic prehistoric animal, provided with fastening details and detachably connected as a mirror image, arranged above the bowl on the plane of an equilateral triangle, with a centrally placed column having a bowl, in such a way that an illusion of imaginary forms fighting with each other is created, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 7 and the attached photograph Fig. 18. The hanging lamp in variant 2 is characterized in that it has pendants attached to the tail of a prehistoric animal, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 6 and photograph Fig. 19. The hanging lamp in variant 3 is characterized in that it has candlesticks placed on the tail of a prehistoric animal, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 8 and Fig. 10 and photograph Fig. 20. The hanging lamp in variant 3 is characterized in that it has candlesticks and pendants attached to the tail of a prehistoric animal, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 9 and photograph Fig. 21. The hanging lamp in variant 4 is characterized in that above the bowl there are many compositional elements constituting a set at an angle smaller than 90°, arranged in relation to each other two details similar to a stylized letter "S" with a candlestick placed on the outer ends protruding beyond the bowl and provided with fastening parts and are detachably connected to the centrally placed column in an arrangement constituting a mirror image, as shown in the attached drawing fig. 11 and fig. 13 and photographs fig. 22 and fig. 24.
