LAMP A Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do wnetrz. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przed- miotu nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charak- terystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The lamp is characterized in that the compositional elements on the column side are profiled in the shape of the letter "U", while on the outside they widen and have an opening like an eye in an insect's wing, similar to a double-concave trapezoid, while the outer edges of the compositional elements are concave-arched, the corners are diagonally cut, so that the whole resembles a butterfly wing, and the lamp has many compositional elements which are arranged in pairs like mirror images in such a way that the outer outline of the lamp has the shape of a circle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1. 2. The lamp is characterized in that the compositional elements on the column side are profiled in the shape of the letter "U", the outer horizontal edges are arc-concave, the outer vertical edges are arc-convex, and inside they have an opening similar to a double concave-convex trapezoid, the lamp has a number of compositional elements which are arranged in pairs like mirror images in such a way that the outer outline of the lamp has the shape of a circle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1. 3. The lamp is characterized in that the compositional elements are arranged on a semicircle or quarter-circle plan, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1.2 and fig. 1.3 and fig. 2.2 and fig. 2.3. 4. The lamp in variants 1 and 4 has the form of a hanging lamp, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1, fig. 2. 5. The lamp in variants 2, 3, 5 and 6 has the form of a wall lamp, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1.2, fig. 1.3, fig. 2.2 and fig. 2.3.
