Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zeliwo sferoidalne perlityczne, znajdujace zastosowanie w odle¬ wach o wysokiej wytrzymalosci.Dotychczas znane zeliwa perlityczne zawieraja wagowo: C — 3,5-3,7%, Si — 2,3-2,5%, Mn — 0,2-0,3%, P — <0,025%, S — <0,015%, Mg — 0,04-0,06 i dodatek perlityzujacy Sn — 0,07-0,09% reszta Fe.Celem wynalazku jest otrzymanie zeliwa perlitycznego o wysokich wlasnosciach mechanicznych.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze zeliwo zawierajace wagowo C — 3,5-3,7%, Si — 2,3-2,5%, Mn — 0,2-0,3%, P — <0,025%, S — <0,015%, Mg — 0,04-0,06% oraz dodatek perlityzujacy, reszta zelazo, zawiera mikrododatek perlityzujacy w postaci antymonu w ilosci wagowej 0,004-0,006%.Zaleta wynalazku jest to, ze dodatek perlityzujacy osnowe zeliwa w postaci antymonu uzyty jest w znacznie mniejszych ilosciach, przy zachowaniu wszystkich wlasnosci mechanicznych zeliwa.Przyklad.
